NWO plays HAARP?

If it is the master plan of the NWO to control,depopulate, and rewild the planet then what better tool than HAARP.It has been shown that tornadoes have suddenly changed course over America cutting swathes through areas earmarked for rewilding(ref: cutting edge.org) red glows appeared in the sky before the Haiti earthquake, and rainbow 'ripples' before the earthquake in China(ref you tube)The coloured spirals in the sky earlier this year over Norway are effects caused by the heating of ions in the atmosphere(ref Tesla) I have just read that the gulf stream is 'broken' and that vapour tubes in the atmosphere are blocked. By 'playing' with the natural electromagnetic forces surrounding the planet it is possible to control the weather. Thus causing droughts or floods to force people out of areas and also to kill. By pulsing waves of electricity at certain frequencies it would be possible to make the Earth shake,evidently our eyeballs shake at 17 Hertz! Other frequencies can cause organs to go to mush as well as others that can cause cancers,blood changes,and altered brain functions.I dont think we stand a chance unless we live in lead boxes! They have already punched holes in the Ionosphere with HAARP as well as putting thousands of copper wires up there that alter the natural flow of energy.No wonder the planet and us are sick.OTHER RESULTS OF HAARP?? HAARP has been firing bolts of a billion watts up into the ionosphere where it heats up the layer which then melts into a plasma which then becomes reflective thus bouncing the signal back to Earth.From what I read(it was very complicated-courtesy of Tesla)there was something about how the power of the initial bolt could become greatly increased on its return journey by the suns rays,atmospheric components,and magnetic rays.Like lightning I suppose.I mentioned the forest fires in Israel because Im sure we're at the beginning of WW3 and I know Israel features in the first signs of that. HAARP has the technology and capability to affect the weather, cause earthquakes, and affect the human brain and body.(Ref: The basic laws of Science) Whether or not it is using its abilities for other than communications can never be proved unless someone has access to HAARPS functioning records and equipment on the ground to measure wavelengths being used. (eg. The coloured lights that appeared in the sky prior to two major earthquakes only show that HAARP was active at that time nothing else) The USA has secured and holds patents for weather control.I have heard that a guy named Nick Begich has written a book called 'Angels dont play this Haarp'-I havnt read it but it might be worth a look.
