Put water in a bowl and whisk it for half an hour. The water will then be saturated with oxygen.

I don't know how to do it for free, but this stuff is excellent. I've got some and I've noticed the difference for sure. I definitely feel less dehydrated after exercise anyway..

This is water with added magnesium, potassium, sodium, and calcium. These are some of the minerals lost through dehydration, essentially salts. Thats why fresh sweat tastes salty. In which case a banana milkshake will probably be of good benefit.

Hydrogen peroxide is great for a first aid kit or used diluted as a mouth wash. It's also a great alternative to chemical cleansing products such as bleach. However, you don't want to be drinking much of the stuff. It is great for cleansing open wounds as it will react with dead tissue and neutralize microbes.

I have used it on cuts and wounds in the past. If there is lots of dead skin or dirt in the wound the stuff will start to foam and bubble. Its great fun to watch and is relatively pain free. The byproduct of the reaction is the release of oxygen, which is the reason for using it as a fuel.

Hydrogen peroxide has never been recommended for ingestion though I have read research somewhere to the contrary. Folk should do there own research before swallowing it and look at very much reduced concentrations.

Again nature has the answer as hydrogen peroxide occurs naturally in honey, which helps give it anti fungal and anti bacterial properties. A spoon full of honey does more than help the medicine go down.
