All evolution is... is the overall vibration of reality rising. In any given reality a certain range of vibrations have to exist. For example, in this reality called earth, the level of vibration that is iron is an extremely low vibration. Vapor, on the other hand, is an extremely high vibration. All levels of vibration between the iron and the vapor would be a vibrational range.

In our natural state there is no vibration. Consciousness creates vibration in order to experience a reality. The overall vibration that a reality is in, depends on how much focus consciousness is putting into the reality. The more focus from consciousness, the more that lower vibrations will rise. So when a reality is created, the predominate level of vibration that is experienced is the lowest vibrational range. When the low vibrational range is being experienced by consciousness, the low vibrations naturally start to rise towards the natural state which, again, is no vibration.

When this happens in biology the level of awareness rises along with the reality's overall vibration. When consciousness is having an experience in a biosuit ie: (human body, animal body, insect etc.) as the awareness raises to new levels, it perceives its surroundings from a new perspective. As this happens over how we perceive time, the DNA in the biosuit adapts to the new awareness, and this is why evolution happens.
