Where are all these supposed suicide bombers coming from?

And who is really training them?

Well I always thought they were all coming from a secret bat cave somewhere in Afghanistan, trained up by a man with a beard who died about 8 years ago, but is still able to make video messages in order to frighten everyone.

But I'm beginning to doubt that now.

Or it could be that their comrades tell them to plant a bomb somewhere then detonate it remotely while they are carrying it. In Afghanistan there was a case of a boy of about 13 who blew up a wheelbarrow of explosives in from of some military people but then you have to ask, would a kid do such a thing or would they tell him to plant a bomb then blow him up when it looked like he might get captured?
