WWII victors mark 65th anniversary of Nazi trials

Representatives of the four victors of World War II marked on Sunday 65 years since the landmark trials of top Nazis in Nuremberg, Germany, with the opening of a new exhibit.

"The Nuremberg Trials were the answer to the perversion of the law in National Socialist Germany," German Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle said.

"The (Nazi) regime used the mask of the law to conceal terror and tyranny. The result was millions of dead and endless suffering."

The ceremony was attended by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov along iwth Stephen Rapp, US ambassador-at-large for war crimes issues, British Attorney General Dominic Grieve and French former foreign minister Roland Dumas.

The Allies were tempted to have Hitler's surviving henchmen summarily executed in 1945 but it was decided to try them in a proper court of law, each with a lawyer, in full view of the world's, and Germany's, media.

The court, presided over by judges from the United States, the Soviet Union, Britain and France, passed down death sentences on Hermann Goering and 11 other senior members of the Nazi regime in October 1946.

Two weeks later, Goering cheated the hangman by swallowing cyanide in his cell hours before his scheduled execution. The others, except for Martin Bormann, sentenced in absentia, were hanged in Nuremberg.

Seven were jailed including Rudolf Hess, Hitler's one-time deputy, who killed himself in Spandau prison in West Berlin in 1987, aged 93. Three defendants were acquitted.

Nuremberg in Bavaria, southern Germany, was chosen because of its large courthouse and prison, but also because it was here that the Nazis drew up their infamous race laws against Jews and held enormous rallies.

The new exhibit includes the actual dock where Goering sat for the 218 trial days and is in the attic above courtroom 600 where they took place, partially preserved and which can be visited when not in use.

It covers the main points of the trials, their background and also how they inspired other countries recovering from wars including the former Yugoslavia and Sierra Leone.

Germany has conscription (Wehrpflicht) for male citizens. The Basic Law for the Federal Republic of Germany (NO CONSTITUTION!) and several special laws (e.g. Wehrpflichtgesetz) are regulating these duties and the exceptions. Men are obliged to serve six months either in the military, which they can refuse, and do alternative civilian service, or honorary service (like any volunteer) for at least six years in a civil protection organisation.

Families of those who were oppressed by the Nazi regime (usually Jews or homosexuals) are exempt from conscription, though a small number do serve.

Although the conscription is of a military nature, nowadays twice as many draftees refuse military service and serve in alternative services.

Women are not subject to conscription. They may join the military as volunteers.

Today the current Federal Minister of Defense, Freiherr Karl-Theodor zu Guttenberg,
finally succeeded in "suspending" conscription from July 1, 2011 on.

He also appealed for more states to join the 114 who accept the jurisdiction of the International Court of Justice in The Hague, six decades on from the Nuremberg trials.

'We will campaign for the judgements of the court to prevail,' Westerwelle said.

Financing

The estimated overall cost of developing the attic level and providing the infrastructure for the building is approximately 4.2 million Euros. In October 2006, the Free State of Bavaria agreed to contribute just under 2 million Euros towards building costs. This sum is made up of funds from the State budget, from the Bavarian State Foundation, and from the Bavarian Cultural Fund 2008. In summer 2007, after a decision taken by the Deutsche Bundestag, the Federal Government Commissioner for Culture and the Media granted a subsidy of 2.1 million Euros earmarked exclusively for building costs.

The cost of the permanent exhibition is estimated at 700,000 Euros. The City of Nuremberg will bear these costs and, as the institution's financing body, the running costs of the exhibition.

The "Nuremberg Principles"

On December 11, 1946, the General Assembly of the United Nations during its first session unanimously adopted a resolution affirming "the principles of international law recognised by the Charter of the Nuremberg Tribunal and by the judgement of the Tribunal". Four years later, the International Law Commission submitted seven principles to the UN which were to be taken into account in the preparation of a code of crimes against peace and against the security of humankind. The Nuremberg Principles no longer referred only to National Socialist crimes, but claimed universal applicability. (The World Is Not Enough!!!).

The "Nuremberg Principles" are:

1. Any person who commits an act which constitutes a crime under international law is responsible therefor and liable to punishment.

2. The fact that internal law does not impose a penalty for an act which constitutes a crime under international law does not relieve the person who committed the act from responsibility under international law.

3. The fact that a person who committed an act which constitutes a crime under international law acted as Head of State or responsible Government official does not relieve him from responsibility under international law.

4. The fact that a person acted pursuant to order of his Government or of a superior does not relieve him from responsibility under international law, provided a moral choice was in fact possible to him.

5. Any person charged with a crime under international law has the right to a fair trial on the facts and law.

6. The crimes hereinafter set out are punishable as crimes under international law:

1. Crimes against peace,
2. War crimes,
3. Crimes against humanity.

7. Complicity in the commission of a crime against peace, a war crime, or a crime against humanity as set forth in Principle VI is a crime under international law.

The International Military Tribunal(1945-1946)

During World War II, the Allied Powers decided that after the war the main criminals responsible for Nazi crimes would be tried in a court of law.

After the German capitulation on May 7/9, 1945, the victorious powers, the USA, the USSR, Great Britain and France, established an International Military Tribunal (IMT) on August 8, 1945. Thus, for the first time in history, an international tribunal had the competence to try and to punish violations of international law. The permanent seat of the Tribunal was Berlin, while Nuremberg was chosen as the venue for the trial of the so-called "main war criminals".

In 1945, representatives of 50 countries met in San Francisco at the United Nations Conference on International Organization to draw up the United Nations Charter. Those delegates deliberated on the basis of proposals worked out by the representatives of China, the Soviet Union, the United Kingdom and the United States at Dumbarton Oaks, United States in August-October 1944. The Charter was signed on 26 June 1945 by the representatives of the 50 countries. Poland, which was not represented at the Conference, signed it later and became one of the original 51 Member States.

The Actual Situation in Germany

1. Since the end of World War II, Germany, i.e. the state "German Reich" has not been and still is NOT a sovereign state but is still under military occupation of the allied forces mainly under the leadership of the United States of America as the main victorious power. It was confiscated in effective immediately on 13.02.1944, entered into force on 09.05.1945 (cf. Article 1 of the SHAEF Law No. 52 of the U.S.A).

All reserved rights and privileges of the Allies mentioned in there are unrestricted and valid until today. This has been confirmed again by the Allies in the “Agreement for the solution of certain questions in reference to Berlin” of 25. SEP. 1990 . This was after the so-called unity agreement between the "Federal Republic of Germany" (FRG) and the "German Democratic Republic" (GDR)[Einigungsvertrag] of 31. AUG. 1990! What is true and valid for the conquered German Reich capital, is true and valid for the conquered German Reich as well!

Thus, point 6 of the preamble clarifies:

[B]„Considering the necessity to agree upon appropriate solutions in certain areas, which do NOT affect the German sovereignty with respect to Berlin....."

And in article 2 it says:

“All rights and obligations, which have been originated or stated or which have been founded or declared by the allied authorities, whether by legislative, by legal or by administrative means in or with respect to Berlin
are and will remain in force in all respects according to German laws without consideration whether or not they have been founded or stated in accordance with other laws and ordinances. These rights and obligations will be subject, to the same legislative, legal or administrative acts as analogous rights and obligations according to German laws without discrimination.”

Furthermore, article 4 states:

“All verdicts and decisions decreed and having passed by allied authorities or by an appointed court or a legal committee before an invalidity of the laws and responsibilities of the Four Powers in or with respect to Berlin will remain valid and unappealable to all intents and purposes under the German legal system and will be considered by German courts and authorities as verdicts and decisions of German courts and authorities.”

2. Up to this day, Germany has no legally valid peace treaty with its opponents of World War II, neither with the four allied occupying powers nor with any other state.

Due to the articles 53 and 107 of the Charter of the United Nations we are still in the state of war under any aspect of international law. Germany has only reached a ceasefire down to the present day!

The three allied occupying powers in Berlin decided at their meeting on 2 AUG 1945 - probably known to you as the Potsdam Conference - to re-establish the German Reich as a sovereign state within the borders of 31 DEC 1937 - (cf. SHAEF Law No. 52, article VII No. 9, para. e.) after an occupational period and a peace treaty at a certain date to be determined.

This has never been changed. The "Federal Republic of Germany" (FRG) and the "German Democratic Republic" (GDR) were founded as makeshift entities for mere administrational purposes. They have never been autonomous states by means of international law, nor were they ever recognized as such. They were never legal successors of the German Reich! Even the German Federal Constitutional Court as well as other German federal courts have stated this in their decrees 2 Bvl. 6/56, 2 BvF 1/73, 2 BvR 373/83; BVGE 2,266 (277); 3, 288 ( 319 a.f. ); 5.85(126); 6, 309, 336 and 363.

Breaking News:

Lithuanian holocaust denial sparks European outrage

VILNIUS - Embassies from seven European countries have sent a joint letter of protest to the Lithuanian government and president over comments from a Lithuanian Interior Ministry official denying the holocaust.

In a column for Veidas, one of Lithuania's largest and most popular weeklies, historian and interior ministry advisor Dr Petras Stankeras said that the holocaust was a "legend" and that the Nuremberg trial was "the biggest legal farce in history".

"It is also important that during the Nurnberg Trial the legend about six million supposedly murdered Jews acquired a legal basis, even though the court did not have a single document signed by A. Hitler concerning the extermination of Jews (this document, if it ever existed, has not been found to this day, although a million dollar reward has been promised)," the column said.

The ambassadors of Britain, France, Sweden, Norway, Estonia, Holland and Finland on Thursday sent a letter of protest condemning the article and the fact that there "have been no public or official condemnation of Mr Stankeras's views".

The Simon Wiesenthal Center also condemned the comments and called on the state to prosecute Stankeras.

The editor of Veidas said in an interview with the Baltic News Service that the historian had meant to assert that 4 million, rather than 6 million, had been killed and that due to an editorial error the meaning had been misconstrued.

Stankeras resigned from his position Friday.

5. Any person charged with a crime under international law has the right to a fair trial on the facts and law.

2. War crimes,
3. Crimes against humanity.

7. Complicity in the commission of a crime against peace, a war crime, or a crime against humanity as set forth in Principle VI is a crime under international law.

4. By reason of article 43 of the Hague Land Warfare Convention of 1907 (published in the RGBl. in 1910) the occupational provisional entity "Federal Republic of Germany" did not get a constitution voted for and accepted by the people, but just a "temporary law" (Grundgesetz).

A temporary law is “a provisional arrangement for the preservation of law and order in a military occupied area for a particular time.” This merely provisional nature of the “Basic Law FOR the Federal Republic of Germany” (and not a "Constitution OF the Federal Republic"!) is stated in its article 146. It says: “This constitution will become invalid at the same day when a constitution becomes effective which has been decided upon by the German people in a free decision.”

The “Federal Republic of Germany” binds itself in article 25 of its temporary law to recognize the general rules of the international law. They are an integral part of the federal law. They precede other laws and create immediate rights and obligations for the residents of the federal territory. The Hague Land Warfare Convention is a contract under international law and is superior to the “Basic Law for the Federal Republic of Germany”.

5. The Hague Land Warfare Convention determines a maximum of 60 years for the occupation of a country. The winning power has the obligation to sign a peace treaty, otherwise it violates international law.

Even in the U.S.A. real estate sales have to be checked retrospectively for sixty years for this reason. As long as the Federal Republic of Germany (FRG) prevents (hinders) by its policy the transfer of governmental responsibilities to the Chancellor of the German Reich, it is fostering a war against Germany.

Therefore, only two options remain for the U.S.A.:

a) peaceful change of governmental responsibilities will happen in the FRG, which will enable the U.S.A. to sign a peace treaty with their former opponent of war; or

b) in order to secure their entitlements, the U.S.A. unfortunately would have no other choice but to reoccupy Germany in a new war against it, with all the need, misery, harm, and starving; which means that those sixty years mentioned before would start anew.

6. The state German Reich has never ceased to exist as a subject of international law. Only the German armed forces have signed the “unconditional surrender” on 8 MAY 1945 in Berlin-Karlshorst, but not the German Reich.

The German Reich was and furthermore is without interruption an international personality, but has - as a national entity - legal capacity only, if an institutional organization is available and existing.

This has been decided by the Federal Constitutional Court as well as by other German courts with verdicts 2 Bvl. 6/56, 2 BvF 1/73, 2 BvR 373/83; BVGE 2,266 (277); 3288 ( 319 I); 5.85 (126); 6, 309, 336 and 363. In the meantime, these verdicts have never been revised and did not become obsolete due to the political changes throughout Europe.

The occupational provisional entity “Federal Republic of Germany” is and was never identical with the German Reich and therefore could not become its legal successor.

I found a text in German - just searching for the English translation - that was said to be that speech but it differs from the video:

Chamberlain landed at Heston Aerodrome on 30 September 1938, and spoke to the crowds there:

"...the settlement of the Czechoslovakian problem, which has now been achieved is, in my view, only the prelude to a larger settlement in which all Europe may find peace. This morning I had another talk with the German Chancellor, Herr Hitler, and here is the paper which bears his name upon it as well as mine (waves paper to the crowd - receiving loud cheers and "Hear Hears"). Some of you, perhaps, have already heard what it contains but I would just like to read it to you (proceeds to read the agreement). [...] We regard the agreement signed last night and the Anglo-German Naval Agreement, as symbolic of the desire of our two peoples never to go to war with one another again."

Later that day he stood outside Number 10 Downing Street and again read from the document and concluded:

"My good friends, this is the second time in our history that there has come back from Germany to Downing Street peace with honour. I believe it is peace for our time [emphasis added]. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts. And now I recommend you to go home and sleep quietly in your beds."

7. The only authority capable to decide about territorial and national concerns is the government of the German Reich.

No representative of the occupational provisional entity “Federal Republic of Germany” or the occupational provisional entity “German Democratic Republic” nor any institution of those has ever been entitled to decide about Germany as a whole.

8. Berlin has never been and still is not a “state” of the “Federal Republic of Germany”.

This has been made clear by the military governors in para. 4 of their letter of approval to the temporary law dated 12 MAY 1945 when it states expressis verbis that Berlin is not a state of the Federal Republic of Germany. Also in the letter of acknowledgement of the Allied Kommandatura to the constitution of Berlin, BK/O (50) 75 of 29-8-1950 ( VOBl. I page 440) in connection with BK/O (51) 56, para. 2 of 8-10-1951 the allies suspended:

para. 2
(where is said that Berlin is a state of the Federal Republic of Germany)

and

para. 3
(which says that the Basic Law and the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany are binding for Berlin according to article 1 of the Berlin constitution of 1 SEP 1950).

These facts have been confirmed once again in the “Agreement for the solution of certain questions in reference to Berlin” of 25 SEP 1990 . The citizens of Berlin (in both East and West) are not citizens of the “Federal Republic of Germany”!

9. The U.S.A. as the main victorious power of World War II confiscated among other things the “Reichsbahn” (i.e., the national railroad) as separate assets of the German Reich.

The “Provisionary Government of the German Reich” has its official residence at Königsweg No. 1 (not No. 4), 1000 [14163] Berlin -- Zehlendorf 1. This house is part of the confiscated separate assets of the German Reichsbahn.

The “Provisionary Government of the German Reich” began its work by will, by order and by approval of the U.S.A. on 8 May 1985! This - among other things - was recognized by the District Court of Berlin in a verdict under the case number 13.0.35/93.

The “Provisionary Government of the German Reich” is the only wanted, appointed, and approved government of the German Reich by the allies, represented by the U.S.A. as the main victorious power. All government representatives and all other officials of the German Reich are
subordinated to the control and the approval of the American armed forces, at last to the president of the U.S.A. as supreme commander and are sworn into office by oath.

10. With cancellation of the preamble and of article 23 by the former Secretary of State Mr. James BAKER in Paris on 17 JUL 1990, the territorial scope of the “Basic Law for the Federal Republic of Germany” became extinct as of 18 JUL 1990 (cf. BGBl. 1990, part II, pages 885, 890, of 23 SEP 1990).

This was possible only because of the reserved rights of the allies. This completed the governmental task of the “Federal Republic of Germany” which was held since 23 MAY 1949. Since then – 18 JUL 1990 – the occupational provisional entity “Federal Republic of Germany”, which for 41 years had to administer the German people only as trustee for the Western allies, does not exist any more!

Therefore, all governmental decisions and legal acts of the government of the so-called “Federal Republic of Germany” and its agencies since its expiration on 18 JULI 1990 are illegal.

Passports, identity cards, driver's licenses, motor vehicle registrations and license plates as well as all since then enacted laws, ordinances etc. of the “Federal Republic of Germany” are null and void for citizens of the German Reich. Since the “Federal Government” is not ruling based on a constitution accepted by the people in a free decision, it is a DICTATORSHIP.

All officials and representatives of the "Federal Republic of Germany" are committing treason or high treason against the German people and the existing German Reich!

All individuals and legal bodies in Germany fighting for the remedy of this grievance, may, are allowed to, and have to claim to be extraterritoriality.

In 1990, the governmental officials of the “Federal Republic of Germany” had been informed about this by the Provisional Government of German Reich with the support of the victorious powers and had been ordered to inform all subordinate authorities.

11. All contracts and treaties with other countries and other international organizations, signed by the extinct “FRG” and its representatives since 18 JUL 1990 are null and void.

Therefore, they are neither binding for citizens of the no longer existing “Federal Republic of Germany” nor for citizens of the German Reich, nor for the respective contracting party.

This also establishes the present situation for the contracting parties in the EU with Germany.

The Berlin Welfare Tribunal (Reference No. S 56 AR 239/92) stated on 19 MAY 1992 in the decision of a negating lawsuit, that the so-called “reunification treaty” of 31 AUG 1990 (BGBl. 1990, part II, page 890) is incorrect since one cannot join to something, that was already disbanded on 17 JUL 1990.

Article 1 of the “Unification Treaty” (Einigungsvertrag) says that based on article 23 of the “Basic Law” the states of Brandenburg, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, and Thuringia are becoming states of the “Federal Republic of Germany” as of 3 OCT 1990.

Since this article 23 had been abolished by the Allies already on 17 JUL 1990, a legal accession of the former GDR was at no time possible.

For the same reason no citizen of the former GDR could join the operative territory of the Basic Law.

Moreover, the print media in the FRG publish the Unification Treaty always without the protocol note. This protocol note to the Unification Treaty says:

“Both parties agree that the treaty will be determined notwithstanding the rights and responsibilities of the Four Powers with respect to Berlin and Germany as a whole still existing at the time of signing, as well as the results of the talks about the outer aspects of the completion of the German unity still being due.”

12. The “Weimar Constitution” of 11 AUG 1919 is the valid legal basis for all citizens of the German Reich since it is the only constitution assumed by the German people in free elections.

It is valid in its version of 30 JAN 1933 with the changes of 22 MAY 1949 by the allied legislation.

The background for this is, that

(1.) Hitler became chancellor on 31 JAN 1933, and

(2.) the National Socialists abrogated the constitution 1935 by the “Law for conformity of the States with the Reich” and with the creation of the state of Saxony-Anhalt.

Up to then, Anhalt was the “Free State of Anhalt” with the city of Dessau as capital, and Saxony was a Prussian province.

On the one hand, the “Federal Republic of Germany” fights against the glorification of National Socialism, but on the other hand, she glorifies national Socialism herself because she also created a state of Saxony-Anhalt.

13. The constitution of the German Reich is the only valid legal basis of the German people since 18 JUL 1990. It is valid in the entire area of the German Reich within the borders of 31 DEC 1937, as stipulated in SHAEF Law No. 52 (articles VII No. 9, para. e. in connection with the 1st London Protocol of 12 SEP 1944).

All the persons born within these borders are Germans and citizens of the German Reich in accordance with the Nationality Act of 22 JUL 1913 (and even according to article 116 of the FRG’s temporary law).

The concept of Universal Jurisdiction (UJ) is complicated. Debates and academic papers are contributing to the chaos. One group argues that clauses in the treaties of the 1948 Genocide Convention, 1949 Geneva Conventions and 1984 Torture Convention are based on the concept of UJ which is thus a minimum of six decades old. Another group argues that this terminology never existed in the past, that it is a new concept and a breach of state sovereignty.

The birth of the International Criminal Court (ICC) in 2002 hasn’t reduced the importance of UJ, because the ICC is not entitled to prosecute any offences committed before 2002.

Procedure
UJ has become crucial because in the aftermath of many conflicts, national courts have failed to prosecute perpetrators of international crimes committed within their territory. Instead of holding fair trials, amnesties have been awarded to suspects and impunity prevails.

There is no special treaty on UJ. Its spontaneous authorisation is exercised when states are parties to certain international conventions — e.g. The Convention against Torture. Grave breaches of provisions in the Geneva Conventions are another good example.

UJ facilitates scrutiny into international crimes regardless of whether the perpetrator(s) or victim(s) are nationals of the country where the court is located. The crime that took place could be outside that country.
Generally, national courts prosecute crimes under territorial jurisdiction. Once a state party is signatory to certain conventions, if there are sufficient admissible grounds, international law allows national courts to proceed with a case. Perpetrators can be prosecuted when they enter the territory.
Presently, more than 125 countries are qualified to prosecute perpetrators under UJ. But very few countries have investigated and punished suspects. Many states have no political will to exercise UJ.

Since the Nuremberg Trials, 28 countries have dealt with UJ — Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Chile, Denmark, East-Timor, Finland, France, Germany, Guatemala, Iceland, Israel, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Rwanda, Senegal, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom and United States. The European Union and African Union have also contributed to it.

United Kingdom
Under the existing law in UK, if there is ample evidence on an international crime, any individual or organisation can obtain an arrest warrant on any suspect. However, the law in UK is not clear on immunity for heads of state on an official visit. But there is no immunity available to anyone including heads of state on private visits.

The Former Chilean dictator, Augusto Pinochet, was arrested in the UK in 1998 over torture and murder committed during his military dictatorship in Chile. Pinochet was eventually freed on health grounds and some British ministers lobbied on behalf of Pinochet.

During Pinochet’s trial in UK, the British House of Lords confirmed that “no one is above the law and Pinochet had no right to immunity from prosecution as a former head of state”. The same statement has been repeated in the recent past by the current government.

In 2005, Tony Blair officially invited Israeli Premier Ariel Sharon to UK. Even though Israelis have very good legal experts in UK, Sharon rejected the invitation and said, “…I have heard that the prisons in Britain are very tough. I wouldn’t like to find myself in one.”
Anyhow, due to objections from various countries, certain changes are being proposed to the current UK law, avoiding minor cases being filed.

Other countries
In Belgium, cases were filed against Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon, Yasser Arafat, US President George Bush, Vice President Dick Cheney and Secretary of State Colin Powell. In 2001, some individuals who were involved in the Rwandan genocide were prosecuted and sentenced to long terms of imprisonment. An amendment to Belgium law in April 2003, led to some cases being overlooked.
In Canada, anyone who is alleged to have committed torture or genocide in any part of the globe can be prosecuted.

The Danish Penal Code provides for UJ over crimes that Denmark has an obligation to prosecute under an international convention. This includes the Torture Convention and grave breaches of the Geneva Conventions.
Penal Code in France, asserts that any offence connected to torture and other serious offences committed by a French citizen or foreigners outside the French frontiers could be prosecuted in France. However, French courts have held that not all the international conventions are directly applicable in national law. In fact, in France, UJ is possible only under the Torture Convention.

Code of Crimes Against International Law (CCAIL) in Germany came into force on June 30, 2002 and provides for UJ over international crimes. Crimes committed before this date must be considered under German Criminal Code, which provides for UJ over international crimes that Germany has a treaty obligation to prosecute. According to German criminal law in June 2006, the federal prosecutor has wide discretion on the decision whether to open cases on non-German nationals.

The International Crimes Act (ICA) of June 19, 2003 in Netherlands, provides for the exercise of UJ over international crimes provided that the perpetrator is present in the Netherlands and that the crimes were committed after the entry into force of the Act on October 1, 2003. Any crimes committed before this date have to be dealt with under previous laws — the Wartime Offences Act of July 10, 1952; the Genocide Act of 1964 and Torture Convention of 1988.

Norway never introduced definitions of international crimes into national law. But there are provisions in the Norwegian General Civil Penal Code, to prosecute non-nationals for international crimes committed overseas, provided the criminal acts amount to a crime under Norwegian criminal law. Under Norwegian law there are provisions to act on a foreigner who commits assault, murder and other criminal acts, if the suspect is resident in Norway or stays therein.

Spanish law enacted on 1 July 1985, recognises the principle of the UJ. In June 2003, a former Argentine naval officer was prosecuted and in 2006 a court agreed to investigate few former Chinese administrators — including former President and Premier, Jiang Zemin and Li Peng. However a subsequent law passed in Spain in 2009 restricted investigations to those “involving Spanish victims, suspects who are in Spain or some other obvious link with Spain”.

Israel and Sri Lanka
After World War II, the “architect of the Holocaust”, Otto Adolf Eichmann, fled to Argentina and lived under a false identity. In 1960, he was captured by Mossad operatives in Argentina and abducted to Israel to face trial on 15 criminal charges. He was found guilty and executed by hanging in 1962. The prosecution of Adolf Eichmann was claimed by the Israeli Supreme Court as an assertion of UJ over crimes against humanity.

On November 2, 2007, a present Deputy Minister of Sri Lanka, Vinayagamoorthy Muralitharan, alias Karuna was arrested in UK for carrying a forged passport and sentenced to nine months to prison. Human rights organisations and individuals urged the British government to prosecute Karuna for international crimes – recruiting of child soldiers, torture, summary execution and extortion. At the end of his prison term, UK deported him back to Sri Lanka. But the national court has failed to prosecute him, amnesty was awarded and impunity prevails.

For the moment I wish to come back to the ACTUAL SITUATION OF GERMANY
related to the UN - NWO - UNiversal JUrisdiction:

16. Since 18 JUL 1990, it is no longer possible for the authorities of the extinct “Federal Republic of Germany” to legally deliver letters (like decisions or alike) with sovereign content.

Legal delivery requires an official to deliver such letters of sovereign character.

The authorities/courts etc. of the “Federal Republic of Germany” have only the possibility to utilize the services of the privatized German Mail or other private courier firms.

Since bailiffs also are no officials, the officials of the “Federal Republic of Germany “cannot have official letters legally delivered by this way.

It is, moreover, fundamental, that the authorities/courts etc. of the “Federal Republic of Germany” cannot deliver letters of sovereign content to citizens of the German Reich, since these are EXTRATERRITORIAL (according to article 20 GVG, art. 3 FGG, art. 50 EBGB, art. 11 StPO and art. 15 ZPO).

Also, the “Federal Republic of Germany” cannot have letters with sovereign content legally delivered by a “federal” bailiff, due to the extraterritorial character of the recipients.

17. A visible sign of the extraterritoriality of Berlin towards the “Federal Republic of Germany” was the fact that district recruiting offices, existing until 17 JUL 1990 in the “Federal Republic of Germany”, were not allowed to mail draft orders or other mail to BERLIN.

Since the allied reservations are still in force, no citizens of BERLIN as well as citizens of the German Reich may be drafted for military services in the not any more existing “Bundeswehr” (cf. “Letter of approval to the Basic Law” of 12 MAY 1945; the protocol note to the “Unification Treaty” of 31 AUG 1990; and the “Agreement for the solution of certain questions in reference to Berlin” of 25 SEP 1990).

Therefore, every group of individuals or corporate bodies must exclusively use Deutsche Mark (DEM) or U.S. Dollars (USD) with an exchange rate of 2 to 1 for their business affairs, according to the “Official Bulletin of the Military Government of Germany (American Control Area)”, Law No.:
61 - First law to re-organize the monetary system - in connection with Law No.: 67 - Endowment of the territorial authority of Greater Berlin with cash funds.

Furthermore, no German has the obligation to pay back putative debts with several places of billions or the interest for those, which a no more existing “Federal Republic of Germany” raised from whichever bank.

Of course. The UN has replaced European power that can be traced from the Roman Empire through to the Roman Church and the post-Enlightenment nation-states and their empires.

WW2 started as the League of Nations versus the Axis powers who left the League. With the fall of France, the League fell with it only to be revived as the UN under materialist American and materialist Soviet leadership. A place on the Security Council was awarded to Red China for defeating Chinese Nationalism.

I recently went to Geneva to visit the Palais des Nations, which was once the home of the League of Nations.
It is now a UN conference centre. I took a guided tour that brought me to the Council Chamber. The walls of
this Council Chamber were decorated by José Maria Sert, a painter from Barcelona. The paintings are certainly
beautiful, and convey a message of human values. But the way this message is conveyed is somewhat peculiar.

The Council Chamber was once the home of the League Council, the predecessor of the United Nations Security
Council. The Council Chamber now hosts the Conference on Disarmament.

The message conveyed by the various murals is one of faith, justice, intelligence, hope, solidarity, peace, and
technical, scientific and social progress. But the paintings have a very 'realist' tone. On the painting about social
progress one can find black slaves, about to be liberated. A white man, presumably Abraham Lincoln, oversees
the whole thing. On the painting about peace, one can find five men and a bow of peace. One can also find two
'realist' paintings: one depicting the conquerors of war (probably the First World War), carrying a heavy burden
that signifies their dead. Next to that, one can find the conquered, shaking their fists to the sky, crying for revenge.
This last painting is particularly striking, knowing that the League did not prevent the outbreak of the Second World War.
