NASA's Mad Lucifer Project

The Lucifer Project is a plan to crash NASA's Cassini probe into Saturn in July 2008 in an attempt to cause a nucleur explosion and turn the planet into a mini star or second sun. The Cassini probe will be able to do this because it is carrying 72 lbs of plutonium and this will be enough to ignite the gas giant Saturn. The resulting radiation hitting Earth a month later will kill up to 2 billion people. The Illuminti masters who will have been living in their underground bases will emerge after a few months and impose their draconian new world order at a stroke with global martial law. In 2003 NASA tried to do this when they crashed Galileo into Jupiter but failed to ignite the planet. Does anyone know anything more about this possibly slightly mad theory ?
