It is getting crazier by the year.
Nowadays common "knowledge" is that you have to drink at least 2 liters of water a day. It is such a successful concept that almost everyone around you "remind" you of that; especially if you're at a sport school or gym.
Let us go back 20 years in time... did you see any one with a bottle of water in a gym? Were we less healthier than now? The opposite I suppose.
There must be some plan behind it.
What does too much water in your body does with your shift to higher vibrations? Is it an anti-effect? Does is keep your bodysystem more grounded into the electromagnetic fields? Instead of going into infrared, ultraviolet, etc...?
Does anyone have the same questions and perhaps ideas about this, as an opposite to the "you have to drink a lot of water every day-campaign?"

It's because they are poisoning the water with flouride.
Even bottled water, actually bottled water has far more chemicals in than tap water.
So I'd imagine the reason they are pushing it, is so you get it instilled into your long term memory that water is good, which is correct but not water with flouride in. So the next time you are out and about and thirsty you think I'll hvae the healthier option to being poisoned by aspartame, I'll buy a bottle of flouride instead.

Didn't Icke state in Tales from the Timeloop that there are people who have gone for years not eating or drinking a thing with no ill effects?
How cool is that.
My beverage of choice would be tea. Flouride included probably.

It's crasy isn't people get paid to think up such nonsense. Worse is that people fall for it. I know people who fill bottles of water each day (or count number of glasses) and they say - "I must drink this before the end of the day".
There is no science behind it, just like safe number of units of alcohol per week that someone dreamed up or the arbitrary definition of overweight/obese etc.

Yes I agree totally, listen to your body and drink water when you feel like it.
Our body is a very intelligent system.
But I still want to know what it does on a vibrational level.
What effect has this overload on water on your body in terms of frequencies?
Anyone have any suggestions to avoid the fluoride? It took me a long time to get away from conventional toothpaste, i now make my own and it works much better

I think there is danger in the plastic bottles that are used to contain the natural water. I feel that the chemicals from the bottles alter the water some way and hence alter ourselves.

Yeah it does seem strange how everyone will try to drink as much water as they possibly can. Luckily my city Brisbane doesn't have fluoride yet (so they say). I personally drink about 3 liters a day.
But to the point i came across some information (from icke and other sources) that if you express love and gratitude to the water it changes texture, becomes more beneficial and if frozen the crystals turn out perfect. But if you express hatred to the water the water isn't as beneficial to you and the crystals become mutated
Dr masuru Emoto is who does the research on water crystals. It is him that David quotes. I went to hear him talk when he was in Brisbane...amazing man :)
They are still arguing about putting flouride in our water supply but it does have chlorine though and I can't stand the taste of it.

You can defiantly taste the chlorine in unpurified tap water but my house has a water purifier and 3 filters and i dont know if anyones ever heard of this but a grandar plate which you place water on which uses magnetization to change the water. With shower water the steam from the water is more harmful then the water on your skin because all the chemicals used (fluoride\chlorine) is converted to gas and inhaled into your lungs.

Cew91, that is what I live by, what you've just said. I just know things cant hurt me so I eat anything and drink anything. Its all about what you believe.

I loved Masuru Emoto books and the wonderful picturs of water and the crystals, the effects of your thoughts and what the different types of water looked like, amazing.
wow so many people from Brisbane, we should do a meet up! There's a lot of good events coming up in Bris

Wow thats cool, how do you even begin to make your own toothpaste??
Is it easy?
Hey mate, very easy actually, I started buying organic toothpaste and found a few recipes and found the ingredients were the same. There's lots of recipes around if you search the net/lifestyle magazines etc. To give you an idea, this is a good one for whitening teeth, its a bit strong but works a charm once a month: using a moistened toothbrush gently brush with 1 tablespoon bicarbonate soda with 1 tablespoon of fine sea salt. Nearly all organic toothpastes use a smaller ratio of this as the basic foundation, plus a combination of other stuff for flavour, such as; xanthan gum(thickener), aloe vera, lemon myrtle, peppermint, parsley, tea tree oil..
There's a lot of natural mouthwash's too. Some i've been told for example are, 1 tsp of aloe vera with warm water to fight plaque, or 1 tsp of witch-hazel(flower extract) in a bit of water for bleeding gums

Good thread, people need to listen. Every dickhead around me is drinking up those fluorinated water bottles that come in 1 or 2L like their life depends on it.
Drinking too much water is not good for you, I know; It makes you bloated and apparently stops your system from absorbing nutrients from food and whatever else.

The chemicals in the water might also (some of it) be there to react with the plastic.

Swerdlow recommends tamarind, apparently it will clense you of flouride. I can't tell for sure, but the lady at the store says that people (in india I suppose) use it to cleanse their system and that it's a great cleanser.
It looks like pulp from pumpkin and tastes like 65% lemon and 35% pumpkin, it does seem to clean out you're internal organs somewhat.

I'm a big fan of water, It is my main source of hydration. You can find out how much water you need a day by researching and looking up on average how much you're body functions need per day to function, on average they are:
You’re Intestines: about 1/2 cups of water
Breathing: about 1 and 1/3 cups of water
You’re Lungs: about 2 cups
You’re Skin: about 2 cups of water
You’re Kidneys: about 5 and 1/2 cups of water
Making on average 11 1/3 cups of water (cup being say 330ml?) so 3740ml or 3.74 Litres per day, 8 pints.
If you eat more protein, then you need more water.
Whatever is in the water, it doesn't effect me by making me ill or effecting my brain in anyway. I feel much better drinking water and I only see positive effects, which I can't say the same for any aspartane products.
Fluoride in water or not, it doesn't matter. As earlier described in the thread, being able to physically change the water with will of thought, is something you can use to an advantage!
