Any one know what the story behind these are? A friend of mine (in my hood) said he saw 3 ALL black LOW flying helicopters with guns attached to them. I have seen people talk about them. Like their is a story behind them. So whats the story behind them?

If they have big dishes on top they going round directing microwaves at victims to cause mental disturbance.
