How to become a Premier Subscriber?

Wow. My "the other forum thread" got closed pretty quick. That's ok, since I'm a Master of Integrity. My next question is: how to become a Premier Subscriber? I clicked on the link in the David Icke Video-Cast thread, but nothing happened except I got redirected to the index page.
