I found this video that shows HAARP at work.

I've heard this constant thunder (on a greater scale than this) and flashes in a flood storm in my hometown.

It fell 1500 mm/m2* of rain in 6 hours! That's how much we usually get in 9 months!
And it was very local - in an area of 1500 - 2000 km2*. Everywhere else it was fine - just some mild rain.

At first I was sceptic but after this video I know that this technology was used in our region to create a big flood storm.

And another interesting add-up. Our prime minister was announced to visit those exact towns that were flooded.
Somehow he was late to the prepared receptions. Then he never came - because of the flood.
This indicates that he knew something was going to happen there, since he was late.

HAARP (or whatever it is called elsewhere) is REAL and they use it to create catastrophes around the globe.

Bangla Desh Cyclone
A huge cyclone, Category 5, is heading toward low-lying Bangla Desh with winds gusting to 190 mph. If the storm hits land with that intensity, there will be widespread flooding and death.

HAARP is real, probably weather control, but this video has been digitally manipulated, unfortunately. This video is a hoax.
I live right in the area, and even did the tour. When it's operating at night, it creates an artificial aurora borealis effect.
The place is supposed to be shut down, but people still work there, and they still run the equipment.

Sorry not HAARP!

They are simply breaking a heavy current on a grid line, it can happen very frequently according to:
1. The amount of load on the line
2. The moisture of the atmosphere around the site as the switch is opened.

And yes, it is my field;)

It sounds like a tesla coil, and the people walking around don't seem to notice it, lol. But maybe they are used to that sort of thing. Whatever it is, it's a cool video, even if it's digital magic.

Somewhere there's video of the light display that HAARP actually creates, and as usual, the truth is more fascinating than fiction. I'll try to find it, but I don't have time tonight.
