Serpent tower in Kuwait

This huge tower is supposed to be a construction project in Kuwait. Some say it is a hoax, others say it is real and that the tower should be completed by 2010.

Wow, if it is real that's some piece of architecture man!!! I also thought of DNA when I first saw it. Although this pic above looks like it's set inside a pyramid shape with the eye in the middle & I bet it'll be placed on a leyline or energy point.

I know live spiders aren't creepy, but those sculptures freak me out a bit, I think they're rather sinister & they seem to be situated in very symbolic places.
