Ilkley Moor Alien - 1987

One of the most unique accounts of alien abduction comes to us from the Ilkley Moor in Yorkshire, England. The witness and subject of this case is a former policeman named Philip Spencer. Spencer claims that in the early morning of December 1, 1987, he was taken aboard an unidentified flying craft, and after his release managed to snap a picture of one of the alien beings.

i remember this photo aswell from an old paranormal book

i remember the story as being him seeing it, gettin the snap then running off tho i could be mistake or he gradually eased the info out

A few years before this happened I was living in a place quite close called Burley-In-Warfedale (I was in a childrens assessment centre at the time) and often did trips into the moor (especially to the Cow And Calf rocks) and many times we was told by staff to start running even though we didn't know why, and also many of the older kids in the home used to sneak out to see what was happening on the moors as many noises came from what sounded like wild animals being trapped.

I was only about 12/13 at the time so have no proof as in clips/photos, just very strange memories of what can only be described as weird experiences.. and i cannot even say i actually saw anything as in alien/paranormal or evil activities.. I first got into this because I was under the assumption these were scare tactics used to keep us kids in order.

This has been looked into numerous times by my...superiors. According to some close sources there is more to the story than was released, but thats way above me.
