uranus in scorpio is generational, as it's a very slow moving planet...along with pluto. everyone your age and surrounding ages has the same placement.

You come off as a Cancer person when you first meet someone, then when they get to know you are are a Pisces.

Sun doesn't come into it at all unless you are either Leo rising or ruling sign placed in Leo.

Moon in Taurus is quite sensual and indicates a need for creature comforts (emotionally) and even luxury. Nothing wrong with that. It's generally quite good for money Moon in Taurus...but as always with Astrology all these things depend on your chart as a whole and you can't really take one thing in isolation and make too much of it.

Mars is strong in Scorpio since it rules Scorpio and again that would (usually) be quite sexual.

Venus in Aquarius rising could either be your 1st or 12th house I suppose...but generally it should make you quite attractive possibly magnetically so.

Like I say you can only generalise with bits of information and you really need the full chart for a proper analysis. Anyway I hope some of that was interesting.:)

Various zodiacal stations presently do not rise at east, thus Cancer, Aries or Libra are not ascendants; neither is Capricornus, Scorpius or Sagittarius, Scutum, Pegasus and so on.

Therefore, no one you know is a "cold Capricorn ascendant": probably Pisces or Cetus were rising at east.
