Since I moved back to the UK a few months ago my youthful and radiant skin went to shit. I tried some of that E45 derma cream for a week and it made it much worse, came off it again and things improved a bit but its still worse than it was. I think it might be the food over here.

The same happened to me when I came to UK.
I've never in my life had any problems with skin! [No one of my family either]
It was a sort of dermatitis
on my right hand and right elbow - and only those two spots.
It looked really ugly on hand, was bloody itching and spreading very quickly.
I healed it with Reiki - you belive it or not - within a week.
I used some derma cream once to moisture and made it only worse.
I belive the main cause is the water here;
I noticed I become slightly allergic
for some washing powders sold here - not a cheapest ones.

I know it's chemical laden, but I find the only thing that clears up ANY skin problems I get, without any itching or worsening,is Savlon antiseptic skin healing cream.

That's interesting, did anything significant happen to you 3 years ago that would maybe trigger these skin problems in an emotional way?

You know, at the begining of this year, 2007, my entire body was changing his skin. I looked like if I was a reptile and my skin turned very red, specially in the stomack area. Afther abouth a month or so it dissapeared. The in October /November it happened all again. Since I was born I always haved some ski problems, but nothing like this.

Trying this is quite a leap of faith, but if you do the reasarch, the above does have benefits. If somebody wishes to start trying this, I recommend that they experiment with their general intake of substances so that they can take samples of their own urine to look at. For example if during the day you have taken on a lot of clean liquid such as water or healthy drinks (non poisonous, not the shite sold to us.) and have urinated a few times, the sample taken will be very clear and have a lighter shade of colour to it. Experiment with a gentle smell test. If for example however you, partake of many beers and a greasy curry, you will observe a passing of what looks a much darker liquid. At a base level holding the two liquids up to light will make the latter look much less appealing. In the meantime start with this site http://naturinologie.info/english.html
Many people obtain benefits from this.

Dr. Perricone is a dermatologist. You can probably find one of his books at the library if you're interested in more details by what he says.

i want something natural,i know urine is but just not to keen on the idea of using it.

Have you heard of EFT? It's an amazing technique which is basically tapping on energy points on your body, like acupuncture but without needles etc. I've used it personally on myself and others to get rid of a myriad of problems from social anxiety, phobias to allergies and medically untreatable tinitus, but it can be used for anything. Much of the time the stem or root of the problem is an emotional one which once taken care of usually clears up the problem whether emotional or physical. If there's no emotional reason it is usually easier to clear up.It involves no drugs and can be done anywhere. If you want me to take you through some of the techniques just PM me. ;)

I had dermatitis on my hands when i was working on the press lines (caused by the hydrolic fluid and other oils and greases) It would not go away on its own, even eating right didnt effect it, this carried on after i had stopped working there, it never spread away from my hands but sometimes it would be better and worse other times, its like your skin goes flakey and red in small areas and you get little tiny lumps of fliud under the skin that ich like fuck, I got some creme from the doctors and it sorted it in a week never to have returned!
lostwonder, do you think this could be the cause of your OCD or depression or the other way around?

Hi lost wanderer, try green tea on the Keratosis. Put a tea bag in a cup and pour about a quarter cup of boiling water in and wait till it cools, then slosh it on. And keep applying like this for a few weeks. Keep the cup of g.tea in the frig and apply daily after a shower.
In the past a Doctor prescribed a Urea cream for Dematitis of the hands, and 1% Hydrocort (steroid) for the persistent bits.
Sunshine on Psoriasis can cure it. A Vit. D supplement taken with Vit E can help also.
Vit E oil applied directly to the skin can sometimes help.
Just a few suggestions.

Nothing from the outside is creating this stuff, except maybe if you drink heavy poison.
Fungi doesn't even make sense at all, because they are only on the entoderm (all organs related to eating, breathing and putting things into the body).
It's in some way related to being touched by something or someone that disgusted you, that you don't like OR by being ripped apart from someone you liked and who is now gone or anything that's similar. It's also possible that you are disgusted by yourself...this happens to all of us, when we get agne in our face in puberty. Not 'disgusted', but we dont like something we see or feel. I hope you understand the whole picture.
Think of what touched you at the spots where it happens. If it's all over you...you must been feeling uncomfortable with it on your whole body.
For example:
When you get the "fungi" below your feet, its not because something infected you, but you wanted to get separated from the public shower, because it disgusted you, and you might have been afraid that you 'catch' something...but there were no fungi, never.
When you lose hair on the head, you have been stroked there by some person who is now gone, or something similar.
When you get skin problems in your hands, you probably shook someone's hands you didn't like or so.
Sometimes it's obvious, and often it's hard to find the cause, because you can't remember the details, but your body does.

This may sound stupid to some/most but the skin problems I have had I have controlled with my mind! Through various experiences in my life I have come to realise that my physical form is a reflection of my mental state. I am one of those people that have always stayed away from medicine, believeing that my body is more than capable of dealing with illness and the like. I learned how to control my body with my mind in my study/practice of martial arts, more specifically, in controlling and blocking out pain. I applied these techniques to my skin irritation and now I am fine.
Pain will not go away until you embrace it, the more you fight it the more it hurts!

I would first seek out a homeopath. They can be excellent for such conditions. If homeopathy failed after a few good attempts I would do MMS. I've read lots of testimonials the MMS gets rid of a variety of skin stuff.

Exactly!
Actually the pain is the healing of the skin. But the pain can just create a new conflict for you and create a new "skin diseases". Only once you know its fine, it will go away.
