Tears are easy. I shed a couple watching the first miner come up today.

I don't blub much, but I definitely get that "grit in the eye" and choking up feeling at least several times a year, for varying reasons.
Reminds me that I'm... human.

When I cry it's a big release but I don't allow myself to cry enough - someone once told me that tears wash away pain :-)
tears are clearing the auric field...its healing when one can cry. Im not so easy in crying but when I do I can hardly stop it....:o
