Why why have they done this to me. Why have they taken me away from my family? Why have they flown me across the country? Why have they taken me out of my wife and kids arms and shipped me across the country. This is not suppose to happen. My life is written. Everysince I was in College I found out my life was written, I could not change it. Not even if I wanted to. When I would try to change it ....Faith would catch up to me and correct the problem. I guess I should start with my problem
1. I was working for a company for 6 years. I was not happy it was cubicle office type position. I was making $60000.00 a year but was not happy. At the job I tried to move up in the company but they always prohibited it. They would make excuses or give the job to someone with less education, and work experience than I. When I would try to leave the company they were always their to stop me from leaving. Then September came around. I applied for a job and I got it. But the catch was that I had to go to Floriday for 6 week training. The job was for less money than my current job but it was a chance to work outside and not be stuck in a cubicle. I said yes and they told me when I wuld be flying out. The night before i cried because I was going to leave my wife and and 2 daughters to travel across the country so in the morning I missed the flight. I figure what the hell I thought I was fired so I started looking for another job since I had resisgned from my previos employer. However the next day I call from the Regional Manager asking what happen I told him I missed the flight. He said will fly you out today. So I said ok they want me to go so I came. Since I been here the training has been horrible. The training is from 5pm-2am in the morning and its a military style training. The information that this company collects is unbelievable. They penetrate most of the countries of the world. In my opinion the training is worthless the trainers are bullys and I if I dont pass training they send you home. They claim its a condition of your employment to pass the training. The part that gets me is why am I hear why have they brought me across the country. Florida is full of reptiles and I have been failing at every test they give no matter how hard I try. At this company they belittle you and put you down. I went to HR to report a problem I saw. They told me " You didnt see and it doesnt exist and made up a story" Then they said if you want to continue to work for our company you will be more cautious with your words. I was like WTF.....So again why am I here. I feel I will fail the test on friday so why would they bring me here?
