Hi all,
I'm pretty sure a link to article was posted on the news section of davidicke.com in the last few years and the link was to a story of a canadian man who attempted to take a bank to court after they gave him a loan as he believed the money did not exist in the first place so therefore how could he pay back something that did not exist and how could the bank lend out something that did not exist.
I believe he lost the case as it turned out the Judge that threw the case out used to work for a bank.
I'd love to read the story again but cannot find the link anywhere.
Does anyone remember the story and/or have the link to it?
