I 100% believe in shape shifting....

as for this video.. I do think there are some very strange things going on in there.. I'm not sure if it is defo a shape shift...

as it stands I don't think you can catch a shape shift on camera as its a perception thing.... but then again... the brain works the same way as a computer so I am open minded to how a camera can decode things wrong and why it decode things the way it does with low resolution...

I don't know enough about how digital and other cameras work to really understand if this video is a genuine phenomenon or not....

As i understand it its all about light being transmitted onto the lens...feeding that data into the brain/camera and then giving an image.... now looking at this video it looks compressed, so this may contribute to the distorted image change.... an uncompressed version of the video footage would be allot more powerful...

that being said... even when images change in compressed video... it must have something to do with a certain amount of code not reaching the brain.... so another image is shown.... of course their is the question that why is that image shown? .... it could work in the same way as when our human brains do not see the human form... but the reptilian form.... its because we are not taking in the full code of the human form... and hence are able to see the reptilian one for a while.... So you could say that it can work the same way with compressed video...

I am kind of 50/50 on this one.

This may surprise some people, especially those who are detractors, or fancy themselves as "debunkers", or who think the I or Archangel Systems are promoting the video as part of some nefarious scheme, but *I* myself do not KNOW if a shapeshifter has been caught on film here, which is why I voted "I don't know".

There is a big difference in KNOWING and BELIEVING. I believe this is an image of a shapeshifter in action, but I don't know for certain. We have tracked the woman down and she has promised to do a controlled interview, but negotiations have gone no further than that. She has neither confirmed nor denied her reptilianism.

There are some sections of the film that have horrible quality, however there are other sections which are of excellent quality, and have extreme close-ups. The video is an unbroken piece of footage with the subject in view at all times, a single source of natural light, and a 360 degree panoramic view of the area. This makes the overall quality and value of the film much better than either the Zapruder film (Kennedy Assassination) or the Patterson footage (Bigfoot).

Anyone who researches Archangel Systems will find that we are used to debunking paranormal events. There are examples right on our Youtube site. It's not that we do not believe in paranormal phenomena, it's just that good proof is difficult to find. We tested this footage EXTENSIVELY. Yes there are compression artifacts, but we found that they do not adequitely explain most of the imagry in the video. And once you rule out bad quality and compression, you are left with about 75% of the remaining imagry!

We could find no evidence of photoshopping or other digital manipulation. We were left with a video that could not be explained. We decided to offer a reward to ANYONE who could tell us how this video could have been faked. We were inundated with a blast of armchair video experts who basically said "it's bad quality video, stupid, just follow a girl around with a bad camera, now give me my $2500!".

Somewhat frustrated we hoped to attract a more professional crowd by stating that the reward was to reproduce the imagry in the video and tell us how it was done. For some reason this did not help. People began making all sorts of accusations and insults, saying it's impossible to reproduce the video EXACTLY (something we never asked for), or accusing us of creating the video, (we didn't), or making money off the video somehow, etc.

So here we are. The reward has been raised once again to $25,000 and we have yet to have anyone reproduce the imagry in the video. The more time passes, the more it becomes painfully obvious that the video is not a fake, but is, in fact, an actual shapeshifter caught on film.

So yes. I BELIEVE the video is legit, but I don't KNOW it. This forces me to check "I don't know" because there is still a possibility that somebody will be able to produce a video filter, or some photoshop evidence, or whatever, and use it to make a similar video, and explain how it was faked.

But until that happens, I don't know. None of us know.

I've seen a few different shapeshifter videos, and I'm not sure which one you mean on this thread. There is one I saw that i think is fake, its very poor quality, and the effects presented as "shapeshifting" just look to me like a distorted picture.
BUT - There is one i saw of Bush Sr. that I'm not so sure about. The one where he keeps blinking like he's trying to keep his eyes human, while they keep turning lizard. That is something you COULD fake of course, but if a fake one could easily debunk it by pulling out the original footage to say "see, they altered it" but as far as I know nobody has done so! you would think someone would want to expose such a hoax. I get the feeling that one's for real!

Now I know that in today's world video footage can be highly manipulated. So it's really hard to determine if a video is the real deal or not. But I do know that the video camera is not under any belief system like we are. Meaning it doesn't discriminate on what it films. It is us who then watch the footage and determine what it is we are seeing. Is this a video (or all of the rest of them) a shape shifting lizard woman caught on tape? We're at a point whereas the veil is being lifted from our eyes. So things we couldn't see before we are now starting to notice. The real question here is if these videos our fake (and i'm not saying they are or not) then where is the evidence proofing that this is such???

As far as I'm concerned, anyone who votes "No" or "Yes" on this should question why they feel so strongly. I suspect a lot of the votes have more to do with a popularity contest, than with the video. I'm not on these forums to be popular. I'm here to share, speak, and learn the TRUTH.
