If this sort of technology actually makes it (does not get shut down like so many other ideas)... Exciting.
Imagine not making structures. Just let them assemble themselves in salt water :O (plus a whole lot of other stuff.)

I do not doubt that certain 'elitists' or TPTB knew about stuff like this for ages. But there's more money in crap technology. More processes. More repairs & replacements needed.
