So lately, I've been having inter-dimensional experiences while I'm sleeping. It's getting very frequent and sometimes scary.
A few nights ago, I woke up in a sweat and could not move, I saw a dark entity in my room and tried to scream and move because I was scared of it. After a few second I could move and I turned on the light and nothing was there. I'm pretty sure I was halfway between dimensions and my etheric body was not fully in my physical yet, hence being paralyzed.....I don't know about the entity though...I felt a lot of fear from it.
Just last night I went to bed quite late and had been working hard all day that day and was exhausted. I got into bed and started wildly thinking as I do. I was floating in thought until it was just lucid-ish. Something grabbed my attention and brought my consciousness crashing back into the room and as soon as I started bringing my focus back into the room, I actually fell!! I'm not sure if it was physical or etheric, but I fell! I even got that feeling in the stomach, similar to if you're in a car and it goes over a steep hill and your stomach turns and gives you that weird feeling! I was really confused haha!
Anyways, just thought I'd discuss what I'm experiencing. Anyone else had similar experiences?
Thanks,
pewpew

very much, recently indeed
times when i to wake or are aware all i can remember is that i cant move but the weirdest thing about this expereince is that i have this feeling i rush if u like like how i would imagine going through a portal or feel another dimension but not an actual dimension but rather the tranformation from one dimension to another like a rush but it isnt forced apon me i chose to go there but as i do my body starts going into a fit like state im not sure if this is a sleeping disorder but the feeling is very positive
but what brings me down is the fear of not being able to move and as soon as i start fearing and indeed shaking im brought back
one time i was listning to music (john lennon mind games) when i got the same rush feeling i closed my eyes and all i could see was wavy lines much like David Ickes slideshow when he is discussing holograms and how these wavy lines make what appears to be a 3d form i open my eyes and i can still see these lines but they sorta fade away...?
it seems to be when i expereince things like this the day before id be wondering what its like to see the lines or expereince oneness

hmmm...this all sounds familiar...well lemme give u a few brief experiences....well i know for myself when i meditate when im in my bed layin down and slightly open my eyes i see wavy white lines and constant whitish and blackish orbs forming....then i have this loud buzzin sound in my ears...a strong energy connection surround me....well pew the negative experience of your dimension traveling could have came from your realm that you were surrounding yourself...meaning that you could have had negative impacts or experiences at that particular time or a negative event could have possibly been in your subconcious b/c myself i experienced something that you did. I had negative influences going on around me and if u have negative in your conciousness then its going to follow you in your subconciousness and collide...correct me if im wrong...just a bro here sharing a lil sumthin....

Pew, relax it is astral proyection what is going on with you. As mountain said its god given. Its a natural phenomena. A gift we all have the capabilities but most have forgotten. I would suggest reading up on astral proyection which should put you at ease and enable you to go with it in a positive way. Hope helps just my two cents for ya

That "falling" feeling happens to me all the time. A psychic once told me that feeling was caused when we're starting to astral travel when we're dozing off and then for some reason we get woken up and our spirit "crashes" back into our physical bodies. Food for thought, I guess.
I don't know if this is the right area to post this, but I also saw a psychic once who told me that when she went to bed she'd make sure she held her husband's hand so they shared the same "dream". As an example she told me that one night she dreamt she was shopping in Hong Kong and the next morning she said to her husband, "How did you enjoy Hong Kong?" and he said, "Yeah, it was great wasn't it!"
To be honest, I thought she was kinda full of it. But 7 or 8 years later when my oldest daughter was 3, she had a nightmare one night and came and hopped into bed with me. That night I had a dream that I was on an aeroplane and flying to Melbourne (where I now live and had only visited once at the time of the dream).
Anyway, the dream was nothing special: I was on a plane, looking out the window and my daughter was sitting beside me. It really was just mundane, sitting on the plane crap. Then I looked out the plane window and saw the Melbourne skyline lit up (it was night time in the dream) and I thought, "Oh my god, I'm really back. I love Melbourne!"
The next morning I was rushing around getting ready for work and organising breakfast for my two daughters when my oldest daughter came up to me and said, "We went on a plane last night, didn't we?" I was pretty taken aback and said, "What do you mean?" And she said, "Remember, we flew to Melbourne".
As soon as she said it, I thought back to the psychic I'd seen a few years earlier and her Hong Kong story. I must admit, since then I've always believed in the theory that dreams really are sometimes us visiting another plane ...

You are not alone. Sometimes when I am preparing my self for sleep I go into this trance-like state to where I can still see my room and all but I just shake tremeduously. It has happened about 3X so far and I'm still trying to figure out what is causing this to happen. I cannot move no matter how hard I try, it like I'm possessed or something. Shit wierd, but then again what isn't wierd in this world! Peace

My ears feel hot inside when it's over. strange......

Thats happened to me before. Has any one else had a dream like state where your just in a big white vast space and you and some of your close friends are there with you and your talking with them suddenly they just fade out and you wake up?, I was curious to know if any one else has had this happen.

This is going to sound really, really cheesy, so I apologise before I start.
But my grandfather died in 1993 and then my grandmother (his wife) died in 1994. I was soooo close to my grandmother.
Anyway, in 1995 I had this realistic dream (the dreams my brother, who is a full on psychic, calls "visitations" not dreams) that my grandfather pulled up in a New York yellow cab (my grandfather was American) to pick me up. I was really startled in the dream and said, "What the hell are *you* doing here??? You're dead!") In the dream he smiled and said, "Hop in, Grandma wants to see you".
Anyway, I hopped in to the cab and we drove along for ages then we pulled up and I hopped out of the cab and my grandmother was sitting there in a white robe with about 10 other people all dresssed in white robes, but the robes were really luminescent (is the only way I can describe it). The background and everything was glowing. My grandmother was looking at me but kind of beaming love at me and so was everyone else with her.
I opened my mouth to say to her, "I miss you so much" but my grandfather put his hand on my arm and said, "Time to get back in the cab. You need to go now". In the dream I started crying and hopped back in the cab and then I woke up and I was crying. So I got up and had a fag to ponder on it and I thought, man, that wasn't a dream. I really was there!!!

Wow! That's amazing! I've had ufo visitations in my bedroom in dreams. I don't know if they were real or not, because they happened while I was actually in my bed....I'm still pondering this.

Man, I wish you could talk to my brother! The "dreams" he's had are amazing! There's no way they're dreams. He actually lives them and he gets all sorts of predictions that come true!

Relax honey, your just opening up.....trust yourself.
I had a dream after my grandad died: I was unsure whether it was him, but he let me know it was him by holding out his hand, which was as rough and work-hardened as it had been in life. And that was that. Yup, I woke up crying too.

Ok, twice within the past two weeks, I've had what skeptics call "sleep paralysis" when referring to paranormal things happening while your body appears paralyzed, the state between waking and sleeping.
Last night, I kept waking up every hour and twice I saw a large figure in a cape or long coat bending over me. I could not see the face, but it was definitely a body bending over me. I kept saying "no," and saying things like "I love God, "love, peace, and happiness." I felt negativity coming from this being and it was as though it was, I don't know, trying to go into me.
It sounds crazy. I do not know what it was, but ironically, I was trying to meditate (just started, in fact last night was the first time I tried it). I was laying in bed, just taking deep breaths from my stomach/diaphragm. I wasn't thinking of anything, just focusing on the breaths. I ended up falling alseep while doing this and then the paralysis started some hours later and continued through the night.
The first time I woke up, I was wide awake and tried the breathing thing again and fell back asleep. Then I saw that figure again. I felt like I was pushing air out of my body, trying to spit something bad out.
What the heck was going on? Was my active imagination getting the best of me? Today, my lower back hurts, I don't know why. My gut tells me it was a spiritual attack of some sort. It's just really weird. I don't have any idea what it was. Has this happened to anyone before?

i've had the paralysis mabye 15-20 times in my life, never opened my eyes, i always try to go with the flow but to be honest i usually get a bit scared and pull out, i've heard the static thing and piercing noises and thats usually enough for me haha
the first time it happened was mid 90's as a teenager, i'd had a psychedelic experinece with a few friends the evening before which contained a fair bit of south american and serpant imagery, which meant nothing to me at the time as i wasn't intrested in anything like that until a few years later. anyway the first time it occured was the morning after, felt like someone was sitting on my chest, not plesant at all, seems to happen more when i'm kinda feeling run down or fevery.

hi there.
i'm not some freak trying to shoot whats happening to you down.
but i would just like to suggest a solution.
because i have had exactly the same experiences as the above.
but.. once i started to put 2 and 2 together.
DEHYDRATION
i play sports and my job is physical.
its always based around plenty of fluids.
but on the odd occasion where i'd forget.
eg...go to football straight from work and deciding to get a drink after at home. then get in and make a coffee.
then go to bed.
and have this strange experience.
i couldnt even talk when i tried to call out.
hope this helps you.
i was shitting myself the first 4 or 5 times!!!

Well i don't know about dehydrationbecause i myslef have plenty of water before i go to bed.
I just stumbled on this thread considering i find it interesting...you mentioned "dimension travel while you sleep"
Im very curious because a couple of months ago..maybe 3-4 times within that month i went into "sleep paralysis"<--now i don't know if its true but i would really like somebody to shed light on this for me.
Id be asleep or close to being asleep then i would not be able to move i feel pressure on my chest i try to call out but cannot i would hear voices as if they were right beside me...like people havcing conversations...and it happend more than once so now i have been able to make a sound and my girlfriend hears it so she puts her hand on my back to let me know she is there and i can feel it...but i cannot move..
Next thing is because it happend so often to me i was able to know exactly when and if it would happen because my ears would ring with this "static" sound...almost as if electricity was surging or "crackling" im pretty sure its a static sound that happens...anywayz i hear that i keep myself awake so it never happens again....
I told people i know about it and basically they said its a case of "sleep paralysis" i just want to know is there somthing else goin on here?..have u heard of cases like these?
If anyone can shed some light on this it would be much appriciated thank you for your time.

Yes I think everyone experiences some form of `sleep paralysis'. I know I have since childhood. You're paralyzed, (often I can't open my eyes either, meaning my dream eyes), so everything is dark and I'm desperately trying to see `IT', a black presence, an evil power lurking, coming closer, sometimes sitting on my chest, compressing my breathing and I struggle and try to call out but can't move. Trying to run fast is a biatch too.
The ear ringing is definitely a manifestation of a physical problem within the body.
However I have experienced huge explosions within my head - exactly as if someone had put a gun to my ear and shot me. A Terrible sensation. One night not long ago, this happened to me again and instantly my spouse leaped up out of bed - `What was THAT!? I heard a gun go off! Sounded like it was right in this room!!'
I said - You did - you heard a gun go off inside my head.
Strange huh? I've never been able to figure that one out.

I have to agree with the others sounds like 100% astral projection. There is a great book about he subject written by robert bruce called astral dynamics if you want more info. If your worried about negative entities surround your house and yourself with light before you go to bed that should knock that on the head.
