A CONVENTION by maverick MP and broadcaster George Galloway has been called off at four days' notice – after Pleasure Beach bosses decided he was too "politicised".

Galloway has been banging on about that convention for AGES on TalkSport. Somebody very high up doesnt like him. Serves him right really cos like some people have said he speaks "half truths".

On a positive note, maybe there could be abit of publicity about this which may help in the wake up process.

When Galloway eventually realises that he needs to "spill the beans" of what he REALLY knows, then it maybe too late for him.

"More than 500 people had bought tickets and we will now have to reimburse them. But people have also booked railway tickets, flight tickets and hotel bookings. It's a major disaster for us.

So how come Icke can play the Brixton Accademy to nearly 2 thousand people?

Galloway should come out of the closet... I think he's too cosy with the establishment... the nearer you are to them the more they can hurt you.

What about the quote allows them to cancel for the following reasons?

Mr Cam points to clauses in the contract with Mr Galloway's company Miranda Media Ltd allowing the Pleasure Beach to cancel any event which: "Would be prejudicial to our commercial interest, or may damage our reputation, or is likely to be illegal, immoral, racial, religious, sexual or disability discrimination."

I got to work every other Saturday night because of "commercial interest"
dam.

I think the pleasure beach is being silly here, i can`t see what damage would of happened if the allowed it,after all its blackpool used to conferences, stag & hen
nights, what could these people of done, apart from wake a few people up?

I am not sure about Mr Galloway, Think he has too be credible to reach many people and not drift to far down the rabbit hole,He is an MP and has to appeal to the majority.

I most admit I did enjoy his speeches he made to the senate and when he got thrown out of parliament.

I lisned to his show the other night and he was screaming at a caller who was suggesting that Bhutto may have been involved in corruption in the past. He's well dodgy.
