Ive got a swollen thumb and top index finger. From doing years of martial arts.
I was taking ibuprofen for a while. Someone mentioned on this forum it was damaging to take this So now i take dmso and serrpeptase which Is good pain relief but has not healed.
Any advice?
Is ibuprofen worth taking again?

Be wary of using too much Ibuprofen, or Volterol. You want to try Bromelaine (pineapple extract)
