Do you possibly start to understand why I always bang on the german issue? The UN's main purpose is an war alliance against the (still existing) german reich(as ruled out several times by court). Thats why the UN was founded. Hence section 53 and 107 of UN, defining enemy states, that being Germany(not current illegal FRG!) and Japan. Still valid until today.
If the german people can manage to regain sovereignty again, the UN would lose their purpose of existence. ;)
