It is said that power corrupts, and that absolute power corrupts absolutely and this is the case of the pigs in "Animal Farm" written by George Orwell by the use of violence and lies, the killing of the opposition and by the breaking of the rules to strengthen their tyrant regime.
First of all, to strengthen their power, the pigs scared the other animals so that they would not go against them, an example of this are the use of the dogs to control the other animals
