Give Bad Untrue Information
Try And Shut This Place Down
Mabey Give Negative Vibes
Anything Else?

besides there was no troll in sight, how can you close a thread because it might attract wrong attention?
It was a valid question, why are you banning good posters and letting others go?

Phoebe, we understand that people are not happy.
Do you honestly think we are happy with this situation?
Do you honestly believe we did not take steps to try and resolve the situation so it not come to this?
We are not repoening the thread. We cannot and will not, ethically, give all of the information that we have. We do not intend to publicly bag anyone so if that makes us the bad guys, so be it.
