Bones ache

My bones ache before it's rains. Im like a walking weather forecast.

It all seems so damp here.

Now something in me craves to be in the desert or swimming in the sea, and eating green lipped muscles, and i dont know why. I just get an overwhelming urge.

My tailbone and upper thigh ache, for the past several months. It used to be just at the end of the day, now it's there when I get up. Sometimes worse than other times. It's OK when I'm walking, but it's there when I'm sitting down or getting dressed, etc.

I'm 49 and in peri-menopause. Apparently you get aches when oestrogen drops, as oestrogen has an anti-inflammatory effect. I try taking turmeric capsules and omega 3...not much difference though.
