Other non-lethal weapons being discussed in Europe are laser pistols that cause temporary blindness, bean bags, which are small bags shot from barrels containing up to 150 small shots, gases, sticky foams, heat emitting screens, and high-tone sirens audible only to people under a certain age. "Non-Lethal Weapons" makes about as much sense as "Military Intelligence"

War is dumb!

Quote from the article.

But in a report released Sep. 27, the human rights groups Amnesty International (AI) affirms that the stun gun might have caused "more than 290 deaths of individuals in the USA and Canada struck by police Tasers" between June 2001 and Sep. 30 this year.

Yes, I've seen several people tasered in person. It's absolutely disgusting. It literally is street-torture.

One time in particular, I watched as atleast four sheriffs were tasering this woman who was already face-down flat on the ground (she stole a pair of sandals, her horrific crime) ... they tasered her three times. After each time it's always "get up! get up!" and she's trying to tell them she can hardly breathe...

:rolleyes::(:mad:
