(possible*) Overactive thyroid

hi there...im trying to get all my problems sorted :)

ive been underweight for as long as i remember, although its not like i dont eat. I used to eat a lot of junk until i was in my 20s but now ive slowly introduced a....kinder diet.
I dont seem to put any weight on, ever, and ive seen the doctors about this a few times. I had a thyroid test and it came back ok. I have read however that their methods of measuring don't give an accurate result.
I tick all the boxes in terms of symptoms...low weight as described, large appetite, my eyes are large and staring, i would say i perhaps have increased emotional instability and also sensitive to heat (although i only tend to sweat from the forehead when hot). My thyroid gland does seem quite large but that may be because i am so slim.
I also have a deep voice, stomach problems sometimes, i suffer from rosacea, and i also get a rash on my chest for which i am prescribed dactacourt, if this is of note.

increasing my weight would mean a lot to me, and any help would be much appreciated

There are many reasons for Hyperthyroidism. Graves disease is an autoimmune condition that commonly causes hyperthyroidism. Other suspected causes are - food sensitivities,- mercury poisoning - extreme stress - hormonal imbalances - bowel infections - leaky gut syndrome
Try to keep your stress levels low, eat lots of whole fresh foods, take enzymes (naturopharma.com, maybe the bowel pack to lift the immune system) eat lots of green veg., whole grain, and nutritional yeast for B Vits.

Hi Mike,
What's your recommendation for underactive thyroid?
