I honestly do not understand

I do not really follow on the third dimension-fourth dimension shift. So we are in the fourth dimension as we speak but we are still operating in a fourth dimensional body? If we are linked to our soul, does that mean we can reach out to it whenever we can? I believe that at times, I am speaking to my soul.

How would we know if were actually "awake" from all of this dream we call reality? I believe in all of this but I don't seem to find the understanding of how to 'free your brain', so to speak and completely enter the fourth dimension.

yes, I think we can speak to our 'souls' or 'higher selves' at any time, but the important thing is the other way round, to allow our higher selves to speak to our minds and guide us.

This is very difficult, but gets easier over time (personally, I have never managed this but I have met people who I think have made this connection).

In order for you to allow knowing from your higher self to enter you will probably require a low point in your life and making the decision to step back from ego and reaction to external stimuli and allow the higher self to guide you.

as you know, the fourth dimension can be considered 'time' with respect to the first three that are spatial.

we are already in the fourth dimension. but for the majority of humans, their perception is strictly 3-dimensional, and so is their thinking process. they are therefore controlled by time (and also money, which is intrinsically related). thus, their perception is somewhat under / below time (4th dimension), hence it is 3-dimensional only. the elite controlling our civilization, specially the Illuminati bloodlines, are inside the fourth dimension occupying 3-dimensional bodies. They are above money (they are beyond rich) and they are above time, since they reincarnate from body to body while keeping some of their memory. So, neither time or money is a problem to them; the currency they deal with is human energy itself since most of them are parasites (reptilians, etc). I would say that some worldwide celebrities, extreme individuals and leaders in our history (e.g., Bruce Lee) and incredibly rich people were / are also somewhere inside the fourth dimension too, because they control tons of money, which is materialized human energy, or human attention (focus), which is also human energy, or they control their own energy. You can be in the fourth dimension by either achieving a high degree of control over your own energy or over the energy of others . This is similar to that whole idea of Service to Self and Service to Others: some like to have power over others while some like to have power over themselves. In either case, power is power and allows you to go up a step.

If you are awakened and you no longer live by time, nor your mind is controlled by linear concepts of money and time, your perception may be already at the early stages of being 4-dimensional, hence you could say that you are in the fourth dimension already, although you still occupy a body (3D). the main characteristic of the 4-dimensional is that your personal energy starts becoming the actual variable you will live by instead of time. Time becomes malleable to you as you learn to control your energy and as you live by this control.

Time is the atmosphere of the mind. Those who are controlled by the concept of time are generally mind controlled as well. Thus, you know that you are in the fourth dimension when you have established a firm control over your mind and hence over your body.

And of course, how do you know you are awake, and in the fourth dimension? Well, you must be able to see beyond the ignorance , beyond the veil that most don't even know that exists. Imagine a Gaussian bell distribution: few are at the top, while the majority lies at the slope. If you are at the top, you are able to see past all the illusions of materialism, and you have a high degree of control over your mind and body. When you are inside dimension N+1, by definition that means you have a high degree of control over dimension N. So, the question is: how much control do you have over 3D physical reality? Breatharians, for example, are well into the fourth dimension since they don't depend on food (3D objects) to live, and for that they have a high degree of control over their 3D bodies.

We aren't in the fourth dimension in my opinion. We're in the third. In the fourth we would see ourselves as paper cut outs or linear like. I believe our spirits/minds may be ascending, but since our eyes are used to perceive things here on earth, we still see in 3D. Plus lighting/shadows play a part.

I also believe time doesn't exist. We only have a sense of it where we are because of the sun/moon, day/night cycle.

I believe as you go higher in dimensions, the last dimension always looks less complicated from the perspective of the next. It's the reason I believe the third dimension looks 2D when you're in the fourth.

But with respect to the 4th dimension, it doesn't change much , because the 4th dimension still corresponds to 3rd density, which is physical reality after all.

but as I said, you can be pretty sure that you are in the fourth dimension if you can exert a great degree of control over the 3 dimensional world around you. One would assume that those fully established in the fourth dimension can at least manipulate 3D reality.

I agree with this, my post may have been misconstrued. I believe the third dimension's purpose is for us to have a place to create things. Kind of like a playground for manifestation.

I heard what i believed to be my higher self upon waking from sleep about six months ago, I've been trying to talk to it/him since with no joy. Your post says you've not experienced this, but do you have any tips for me? As you seem knowledgeable, I'm quite serious by the way.
