another source lists a different number which still comes up with 3 for some reason.The sun has a diameter of 865,000 miles (1.39 million km). Next to the sun, the Earth is just a tiny dot:

When a number is divided by 3, then does one often get a 6 or 9 or 3 in the result?

Perhaps, but in a random universe, 3, 6 & 9 should only show up 33.3333% of the time. How you would calculate that for the whole universe I have no idea but it sure seems to be showing up a lot just in our solar system.

Jupiter is the largest planet in the solar system. Its diameter is 88,846 miles (142,984 kilometers), more than 11 times that of Earth, and about one-tenth that of the sun:

88,846 / 3 = 29615.33333333333

(10/3=3.33333) (11/3=3.666666666666667)

Saturn's diameter at its equator is about 74900 miles (120540 kilometers), almost 10 times that of Earth:

74900 / 3 = 24966.66666666667

The average distance from Earth to Moon is 384403 km (238857 miles). Before you put this answer into your homework you've got to understand that the Moon.

384403 / 3 = 128134.3333333333 (not sure why it works sometimes w/ kilometers and sometimes in miles, but if the "illuminati" have been around for as long as some people say, then we can probably assume that they had their hand in both systems and have been aware of the numerology patterns found in the Universe for some time)

Another one to add to the list is the angle at which light refracts into a rainbow.
