this was the astrology practiced by the Three Wise Men from the East mentioned in the gospel of Matthew (so called?). Said to be kings themselves bearing gifts for the baby Jesus. They were also said to be Astrologers from the Babylonian/Medio/Persian empire.
This brand of astology involves using fixed stars, and secret Arabian Planet/Acendant/Moon -- balances. Very good for prediction of future events.
