9/11 oddity

on that morning i got up, got ready and went to work. i did not know what was going on until hearing on newsradio that the Pentagon was on fire.

to be completely honest i was wondering about armageddon (chalk that one up to reading the book of Revelation a lot as a child when i was bored in church, i guess) but anyways...

...the weird thing to me was, on that day i chose to wear camouflage cargo pants with a black tank top and combat boots to work. having no idea as to anything whatsoever.

this has always tripped me out a little. maybe i'm just weird. hell, i KNOW that.

but ???!

on that morning i got up, got ready and went to work. i did not know what was going on until hearing on newsradio that the Pentagon was on fire.

I was at work that day (in a government building) and received a call to evacuate my office because we could be a target.

That was a very strange day. I was on the road, driving, and the first thing I heard was a snippet on the radio about a 'military coup' in America.

Because I was travelling from England into Scotland, I passed through many radio regional areas and didn't remember the radio station, pity, as that was a strange report I've been unable to find corroborated as ever existing.

I was getting ready for work - took a shower - and the radio was playing in my bedroom. As I started getting dressed, I heard a woman reporting from Manhattan and my first thought was "what????"

I thought of the Orson Welles radio play about the invasion of Mars and how people thought it was real.

And then I realized that this was real.
