for the past 2 months my sacral chakra has been buzzing similar to when you get 'butterfies' in your stomach. anyone got any ideas as to what could be happening?
As well as being the sexual chakra it is also the source of creativity so if you dont have an outlet for it one way try the other maybe you are being guided to be creative .Try painting writing any sort of creativity see if that does anything use the energy for a positive experience and also meditate on it see where it leads you :D
