did you see the new Clash of the Titans movie, it had several Djinn as characters which i thought was quite odd..


i'm convinced it is the d'jinn respinsible for much of what we see today which is classed as paranormal.

it gets barely any attention here.

Anyhow, lots of folks who "hear voices" are shut out by society because society does not accept their stories are true.

Yup, I saw the movie. I'll have to see it again to spot the Djinn but I do remember something like that.

When is the book likely to be out?? who are they briefly and what is their agenda here? So much stuff on here to keep up it's so easy to get side tracked with linking into other sites on my ol lappy

They existed before humans and are made of the element of fire. Humans are made of "clay" and the angels are made from light. Interesting that they come from the element of fire. Whenever I experienced being within a few short feet of Aern, his body was very very cold to feel, and smelled sulphur-like. Why is that?
Other ghosts or entities have felt room temperature. That's one reason for the fear - the sheer drop in temp.

The Djinn were good souls at one time but at one point were destroying Earth, like some humans are today. So God made them lesser (other dimensional) beings. They have some kind of selfish agenda to retake Earth.They live longer than humans, sometimes for hundreds of years. I'm not sure if they reincarnate or not.

When my cat helped me remember Aern last year by calling out his name, I started to research his name thinking he may have been an early settler in our area. But now if he was never human then there wouldn't be a record of him. Maybe that's why he won't give me his last name - maybe they don't have any.

The authors say it'll be released around March 2011.

The name Aern is Irish for Ireland. Others should ask what their names are.

A great book on Jinn is an ethnography about Muslim Women in Sudan called "Wombs and Alien Spirits". You can get it on Amazon for like 3-4 bucks. It's a bit dense at times, but full of personal accounts from people in that community.

Yeah I saw that.

Its supposed to be evil isn't it. Even the word gives me the creeps. Its like a force not to be messed with unless you want to be dragged into something. I don't know, it's just an instinct I suppose.
