But as the helicopter story suggests, Mr. Uribe seems to have been right. How else to explain the fact that the FARC swallowed the line without batting an eye?

The South American nation of Columbia has been ruled by the Society of Jesus for over a century. In building the Black Pope’s “Holy Roman” Fourteenth Amendment Socialist-Communist, Corporate-Fascist American Empire, the Company used its Masonic minion President Theodore Roosevelt to steal land from Columbia, renamed it “Panama” and then used America to build the Black Pope’s Panama Canal. The Canal was then used throughout the duration of Rome’s Second Thirty Years’ War (1914-1945) to move troops and supplies. I had the opportunity to briefly visit Colombia 5 years ago

I accompanied my friends on their trip, to a place in the Amazonas region

I was horrified and saddened at what was happenning - to what seemed the most beatiful place on Earth!

I was in Colombia for a day and a half only but I was horrified to see how the political situation and corruption was turning the Paradise to hell!!

I have family there, we was inviteret in December 1992 for a mouth - but there was a lot internal terrorism back then. So the holiday trip was drop.

The Jesuit Xabier Gorostiaga died in Spain on 14 September this year.

A truly dear creature, was Rector of the Universidad Centroamericana UCA, and as we shall see, was always closely linked to Nicaragua.

Influenced by his teacher in Panama, decided to do his thesis on Panama as a center for global services, including the Canal, the Colon Free Zone and the newly created Financial Center. Arrive in Panama in 1972 to do research for his thesis. Write a book on the Financial Centre, based in Panama, a branch of the CIAS, the Centre for Social Studies and Action for Panama (CEASPA), and inserted utterly, without finishing his PhD, in what will be the mission and passion of his apostolic life, apostolate from the international commitment to Central America.

During the Nationalist government, but dictatorship of General Torrijos, the Panamanian Foreign Minister, Juan Antonio Tack, a former professor at Xavier, asked to be part of the body of advisers to the negotiations between the governments of Panama and the United States in view the renegotiation of the Treaty on the Canal to get that international route. The provincial Miguel Francisco Estrada gave to him the mission.

History will tell what was the contribution to the way Xabier come through, and in 1979 signed the Torrijos-Carter Treaties, which in 2000 gave way to a channel owned and operated by Panama at the end of the School of the Americas in Panama, and exit from the Southern Command of the United States from the territory of Panama.

On the same date starting his 18 years in Nicaragua. Emilio Baltodano, a former fellow Jesuit and planning deputy, gets to be called as adviser to the Ministry of Planning, but in a few days it is Global Director of Planning.

I have never been there and im not colombian , if you say it`s beautiful i believe you. I do know that colombian is very resource-rich so the rest of south and central america.

Mexico has 3 times the resource of the USA, but Roman Catholic countrys has always a tiny super rich elite and the rest of people are very pure with alot of with poverty with very few exceptions from western europe befor WWII. Like France etc.

Where the jesuits rule there is poverty.

USA has been rule by the jesuits since 1868 and they have had a stronghole there since 1860.

England has been rule by the jesuits since King George the III (1760-1820) since 1795.

In the small town of La Macarena, Meta, 200 kilometers south of Bogota, one of the hottest areas of the Colombian conflict is the largest mass grave discovered in the recent history of Latin America, with a number of bodies "NN " buried without identification, which could reach 2,000, according to various sources and the residents themselves. Since 2005,the Army whose elite forces are deployed in the vicinity has been burying behind the local cemetery hundreds of bodies with the order that they would be buried without any name.

This is the largest burial of victims of a conflict known until now in the continent. We should have to move to the Nazi Holocaust or the barbarity of Pol Pot in Cambodia to find something of this dimension.

Behind the cemetery of La Macarena, 200 km. Bogota, thousands of bodies were buried without name.

The lawyer Jairo Ramirez is the secretary of the Permanent Committee for the Defense of Human Rights in Colombia and accompanied a delegation of British parliamentarians to the site, when a few weeks ago,he began to discover the magnitude of the grave of La Macarena. "What we saw was terrifying," he told public. "Countless bodies, and hundreds of plates of white wood on the surface with NN and registration dates from 2005 until today."


Missing

Ramirez adds, "Army Commander told us they were guerrillas killed in combat, but the people of the region speak of many community leaders, farmers and community advocates who disappeared without a trace."

While prosecutors announced investigations "from March" after the parliamentary and presidential elections, a parliamentary delegation composed by Jordi Pedret Spanish (PSOE), Inés Sabanés (UI), Francesc Canet (ERC), Joan-Josep Nuet (IC - EU), Carles Campuzano (CiU), Mikel Basabe (Aralar) and Marian Suarez (Eivissa pel Canvi) arrived yesterday in Colombia to study the case and make a report to the Congress and the Parliament. The situation of women as the first victims of conflict and union leaders (only in 2009 were killed 41) also focus their work in different areas of the country.

More than a thousand graves in the country

The horror of La Macarena has been topical since the existence of over a thousand mass graves of unidentified bodies in Colombia. Until late last year, forensic had registered some 2,500 corpses and nearly 600 of them could have been identified and the bodies returned to relatives.

The last of these statements was that of John Jairo Renteria, also known as Betún, who has just revealed to the prosecutor and the victim’s relatives that he and his supporters buried "at least 800 people" in the Villa Sandra farm in Puerto Asis, Putumayo. "We had to dismember people. All in the AUC had to learn it and was often made with people alive," the paramilitary leader has confessed to the prosecutor for Justice and Peace.

Yes, this may be related to false positives [Colombian civilians killed and presented as people "killed in action"]. The army buried clandestinely. Many of them will be found in these mass graves.

What might be the magnitude of the findings in these graves?

Terrible. Neither in the fifties there was much brutality in Colombia as shown in the actions of the paramilitaries, but the government has no willingness to investigate thoroughly, and will let appear some tombsThe delays are very long and technical difficulties for identification, chemical and DNA testing are enormous.
