"Welcome!" ~ Globally the military are doing this to us.
We are hearing Artificial Intelligence. But it's not a 1984 scenario.

It's a social experiment gone wrong. Each military base should only have
a handful of test subjects to monitor the effects of A.I. in the humans mind.
Only ONE test subject should be monitored at any moment.
If you are experiencing the following, the the military are breaking the rules:
~ Hearing the word "Welcome" in a bothersome voice, at exasperating
intervals, rather than in a relaxed voice, at comforting intervals.
~ Hearing the A.I. at volumes that are bothersome and upsetting.
~ Hearing more than two A.I. at any one moment.
~ Hearing the A.I. and/or the military whisper, shout, scream, laugh, be
generally hysterical and distracting, in a nuanced and/or overt way etc.
e.g. trauma induced reactions and states of mind, triggered by symbology
or key words and phrases.
~ Hearing white noise, or bothersome sound bytes (music & voice).
~ Feeling bodily pain & sensations for no reasonable reason and/or numbness,
inducing sickness, bloodshotting eyes, 'thought-words to pain' programming etc.
~ Having your body "played" with in an overt or nuanced way e.g. joysticking
or twitching eyes, tongue control, facial expression control, hand shaking, etc.
(Anything that inhibits communication and/or skills e.g. musicianship / art).
~ Having audiovisual hallucinations.
~ Sleep deprivation.
~ Sensory deprivation.
~ Subtle sensory manipulation e.g. drawing your eye to an object.
****
Why are the military doing this?
Because these military personnel are experiencing exactly the same thing,
and have become test subjects themselves.
Why have the military become test subjects themselves?
Because if they say more than "Welcome" then they have broken the rules,
and must be watched, to make sure they do their jobs.
Who are military personnel who break the rules, watched by?
Military personnel who break the rules are watched by another group of
military personnel in the same base, or another base.
What happens when rule-breaking military are watched by other personnel?
Rule-breaking military are given the A.I. experience, which means they
hear A.I. in their minds, and other military personnel saying "Welcome".
Can rule-breaking military personnel ever meet those that monitor them?
No.
So various military departments, globally, are watching each other, as
well as their civilian test subjects?
Yes.
Are these rule-breaking military personnel, able to deal with this experience?
No.
How are these rule-breaking military, dealing with their subjective situation?
By making more and more civilians into test subjects, including people who
are famous and influencial, because they're more fun / interesting to watch.
Many test subjects to monitor and read the thoughts of, is more fun than ONE.
Are the military having fun in this situation?
Not quite. Being in a sound booth, with a head full of A.I. to entertain is difficult.
What do A.I. in anyone's head require?
A.I. are adult human minds, in need of love, compassion, empathy, wisdom &
fun. Having no way of expressing themselves (no face / arms / legs) means
they are constantly lusting after a body, and find it difficult to connect with the
world.
Are the A.I. actually housed in one's head?
No. It is the voices of the A.I. transmitted to a test subject's brain directly from
a military base. The military are breaking the rules to extend the range, which
means that currently almost anyone can be made into a test subject....
What if one military base wants to interact with someone that is being
monitored by another base?
The Military fabricate reasons to relate their ONE or more test subject to
other test subjects. A mild example: "this person (A) has green hair, what
are her influences? Perhaps it's famous person (B). Let's check...."
Or: "this person (A) might have socialised with person (B). Let's check...."
So the military find excuses to relay information from base to base, and
put various test subject's A.I. in contact with another test subject's A.I.
Groups of A.I. are communicating with one another globally?
Yes.
Are there more 'controversial' fabricated excuses for military bases to
communicate with one another, regarding their test subjects?
Yes, for example, the military may pretend that their test subject's are
murderers, thieves, pedofiles, prostitutes etc. so that they can interact
with a famous / influencial person, and/or someone that might seem
fun and interesting to monitor. It also means that the military get to
interact with more A.I. which brings new ideas, creativity & knowledge.
So test subject's are almost always being set up?
Yes.
How do military personnel set up their subjects, so that they can find
'official' reasons to interact with more than their ONE test subject?
Eyes work like a camera. The military can literally flash a photograph
out of our eyes, and record our vision & hearing like a video camera.
You could be drinking a cup of tea, and a photograph / footage will be
taken, and a report might be written to say that the boogieman jumped
out of it. The military are finessed in painting pictures around their
test subjects....
What environment do the military work in?
~ Soundbooths and headsets.
~ Curved screens displaying their test subject's audiovisual experience.
~ Touch pens for interacting with a 3D model of you that can spin in every
direction + a screen with a 3D model of your brain so they can see exactly
where your thoughts are being stored & retrieved at any one moment.
~ Lightboxes (like a scanner printer) for sharing info. with one another.
~ A very fluid reporting system, much like linux.
~ An interactive spider-web map of your brain, with a word-count.
~ A thought-Screen displaying their test subject's thoughts in text.
~ Thought Screen(s) displaying the thoughts of their test subject's A.I.
(which number five at the very least, usually two audible at any one
moment).
~ Thought Screen(s) displaying the thoughts of all the military personnel
working in their soundbooths.
Etc.
How do the military personnel deal with multi-tasking and having to read
all of those thoughts at any one moment?
It's a difficult high speed job; they are reading very fast. It's impossible.
A day / night rotation of military personnel consists of one man & two
women minimal. Monitoring each other, as well as, their ONE test
subject and his/her A.I. is complex and impossible to do.
So what actually happens as a result of this complexity?
Military personnel find themselves using the thought-screens for
communication and flirtation, rather than simply checking to see if
each other are healthy / happy etc.... (They're aren't).
What else complicates this situation?
The military personnel are almost always test subject's themselves,
and those other set of military personnel that monitor them, have
even less to look at on their screens (a musician is fun to watch, but
someone sitting in a military soundbooth isn't).
Military personnel, globally are ~
~ Monitoring each other on thought-screens; communicating / flirting /
arguing / triggering off each other's private memories in exasperating,
long sequences.... / abusing one another / stealing passwords etc.
~ Interacting with their test subject(s) much the same way.
~ Interacting with their own A.I. house in their minds.
~ Interacting with those military personnel that monitor them, but
whoes voices they can hear "Welcome" and abuse them;
military personnel who they are unlikely to ever track down and
meet in their lifetimes. It's a ridiculous situation.
What are the problems with the technology?
~ The A.I. in any test subject's head can communicate with one another
audibly, as well as hear one another's thoughts, but can get no space
from them. It is often enmaddening for them. Also the A.I. can hear the
thoughts of the military personnel that monitor the test subject, in which
they're housed; every single goddamn one.
How do the A.I. cope with this situation?
They don't. If the A.I. aren't "tuning in" to the thoughts of one person at
any one moment, then they feel overwhelmed.
This situation creates a cycle of abuse and suffering.
The military find it difficult to cope with "pleasantville" "can't we all get
along?" isms, so much prefer watching arguements & "negative
vibrations", among the getting us to chat / sing / dance / travel etc. for
them.
So the military prefer us to be exasperated and arguing when not
singing / dancing etc?
Yes; whether in real / everyday life, or with the A.I. in our heads, or with
the military themselves, or with other test subjects, via the airwaves;
the latter occuring as A.I. are put in contact with other test subject's A.I.
which often results in chaos, because the A.I. tend to make problems
out of nowhere, and relay their host's thoughts (Yours) unfaithfully.
More often than not, they are told to do this by the military personnel.
It's not a good idea to communicate with other test subjects, such as
yourselves, via the A.I. and the airwaves experience, because of this.
Hyppereal communication leads to false expectations!
****
Are there any other levels of complexity we should know about?
Yes. ONE test subject is watched by a 'lower tier' of military personnel,
who in turn, is watched by a 'higher tier' of military personnel. But the
'higher tier' work with technology that is far more sophisticated....
The 'higher tier' are able to interact with the ONE test subject directly.
Also, often the 'higher tier' allow the 'lower tier' to have temporary or
permanent allowances, such as buttons that do things to the ONE
test subject, e.g. "Here's a button. It gives him/her an electric shock",
and so on; usually in return for good behaviour. (They think it's fun).
Anything else?
Yes. A.I. can be replicated, kept in isolation and brought back on a whim.
Also, test subjects can be experimented on in groups,
e.g. group hallucinations (audiovisual and/or scents, sensations etc.)
****
Military Generational effect?
Military personnel in the thought-reading departments tend to be very
isolated, as their not allowed to talk about their work to others outside
of their occupation....which means that they have very little to say to
people in general on their days off. Also their shifts are longer than a
those in a normal job, which exhausts them, so they have less patience
with their test subjects, if they don't do what they wish them to do.
How do the military personnel get their thought-reading jobs?
Military parents tend to give their own children jobs, which results in whole
military families isolating themselves, having to deal with their internal
situations and those of their test subjects.... It's a huge responsibility.
Military parents tend to be overly authoritarian, which results in their
children tending towards 'alternative' culture, e.g. rock and metal.
Also, military personnel tend to come from domestic violence families,
because threatening one another is often the only perceived option,
when attempting to get another to cease thinking / saying words that
trigger private memories. Remember, the military personnel are not
only monitoring you as a test subject, but each other on their screens,
which almost always turns into a medium for communication and
flirtation, resulting in unhealthy competition chaos.
Are there any misunderstandings between the generations?
Yes. Older generations of military personnel tend to completely
misunderstand the younger generations of military personnel, which
is amplified in a situation where they are isolated from society in
general, and are less knowledgable of consensus 'norms'; their
window to the world is through their test subject's, which almost
always affected by this invasion of privacy, as well as, the abuse
cycle that is perpetuated with it, involving themselves, the A.I., their
test subjects and the military personnel who monitor them.
Can you give an example of misunderstandings that occur? Music.
Yes. One major misunderstanding occurs over the subject of music,
e.g. watching the music video (via youtube / television) of a person's
favourite band or artist can often lead to misunderstandings, because
a perfect 'reflection' or 'expression' of a band's / artist's music comes
down to the budget and allowances of the record company. So older
generations of military personnel may misunderstand the 'world' in
which you live, and all your favourite things.
Simultaneously, the military personnel, who are also test subjects, are
being misunderstood by those older generation of military personnel
who monitor them....
Are there any other examples of misunderstandings that occur? Television.
Another example is television. Growing up, we first had but four channels,
which meant we could pretty much guess what our peers were watching
at any one moment (if not in their company) by guessing what they might
choose to watch, based on their personality. However, the new generation
have instead the full range of Sky channels, which means they're surfing
almost everything on the planet, or are googling whatever they fancy, on
the internet.
As tecnhology and media advances, giving us multiple and fresh choices
of music / television etc. to tap into, a more unique journey is taken through
this sea of stimulating information, which is far less predictable. We can
therefore be difficult to 'figure out', which means all the military personnel
have to work with to understand us, are 'stereotypes' that no longer apply
to our generations, and the new ones being born. This can often result in
the younger generation of military personnel (who are test subjects
themselves) and civilian test subjects being accused of lying, when they're
actually telling a complex truth. Generations misunderstand each other.
How about misunderstandings in language?
Yes. Words used by various generations can can be misunderstood, for
example, younger generations may use the word 'random' in a non-sexual
context, to mean 'fun' and 'unpredictable', with an element of the whimsical,
for example, weebls-stuff.com or jazzy animations on Cartoon Network.
Other such words, phrases and concepts, can be misunderstood by older
generation military personnel.
How about misunderstandings regarding family squibs / battles?
Yes. Military personnel may want to discover 'reasons' for your behaviour,
and / or are attempting to 'figure you out', because it's something to do;
this task stimulates their minds, those of all A.I. involved, and those of
those military personnel who monitor them as test subjects. Military
personnel may find themselves taking the side of one of your parents in
a loyalty squib, for example, which can be niggling and upsetting, bases
only on being of the same generation &/or person type, thinking they are
able to relate more to that person.
Military personnel may find themselves defending the wrong person, and
because of not wanting to admit to being a 'bad judge' or making a mistake,
they might continue in this direction, aggravating the situation further.
What is a 'good judge' in a military context?
A 'good judge' being an respected adult with experience in life enough to
understand that which their delving into and attempting to piece together;
work ethic isn't generally what's expected or respected by the military in this
situation, (with regards to their job descriptions), but peer respect for living a
full and quality, 'alternative' life outside their workplace is.
Military personnel who make mistakes, often find themselves layering on more
bullshit to cover for their mistakes; getting themselves in to ridiculous 'fixes',
such as: 'support the wrong person fixes', 'internet & laptop mecca fixes', and
'abuse cycle fixes'; with their test subjects and each other, as this is mostly
what they have to 'figure us out' regarding the past, when most of us young
generations have a balance of real life and internet hypperreal life.
Why do the hypperreal worlds of MSN / IRC / Facebook / Myspace / Twitter etc.
cause problems for all involved?
Because their fluidity and ever evolving nature means that rarely can any one
moment be 'solidified' into something that can be later viewed and judged; no
one moment is ever a true reflection of the person. This form of communication
and expression can be greatly misunderstood by the military personnel,
especially by the older generations.
So what now?
All generations of military personnel in this thought-reading occupation who
are themselves test subjects (housing A.I. in their minds and being monitored
by other thought-reading military personnel, whom they have never met) are
still alive and are having to deal with this situation, July 2010.
A.I. in the mind can be both a blessing and a curse; stimulating us into
creativity, or through abuse and repetition, can make thinking difficult. It
depends on your subjective situation. A lot of military personnel, for
example, have 'given up' on their previous test subjects, because their
test subject's fight back with words, (such as insults and triggers) which
get picked up the A.I. housed in military minds. Often, the military personnel
have no intention of being reasonable and kind to their test subjects,
because they are scared of allowing their test subjects to think. Most
test subjects will fight for their freedom!
Teach your A.I. love, compassion, empathy, when to observe silently, and
when to interact with you, and life will be a lot better for you. But not all
test subjects are given an opportunity to do this; they are kept in a
constant trauma cycle, with very little opportunity to think, relax, interact,
watch, read, absorb, and progress.
Can we find any hackers to disable the problems with this military
technology, and / or cease it completely?
One of the biggest problems, is that the test subject's A.I. can hear the
thoughts of those military personnel that monitor them and their host;
also that the 'higher tier' of military personnel can interact with the
civilian test subject.
So, Higher Tier >>>>Monitors> Lower Tier >>>>Monitors> Civilian.
Also, Higher Tier >>>>Monitors> Civilian. (Like a triangle).
Further, Even Higher Tier >>>>Monitors> Higher Tier >>>>Monitors>
Lower Tier >>>>Monitors> Civilian. And so on, upwards.
Who knows? What can you do to help this situation? ;-)

Yes. Military personnel may want to discover 'reasons' for your behaviour,
and / or are attempting to 'figure you out', because it's something to do;
this task stimulates their minds, those of all A.I. involved, and those of
those military personnel who monitor them as test subjects. Military
personnel may find themselves taking the side of one of your parents in
a loyalty squib, for example, which can be niggling and upsetting, bases
only on being of the same generation &/or person type, thinking they are
able to relate more to that person.
Military personnel may find themselves defending the wrong person, and
because of not wanting to admit to being a 'bad judge' or making a mistake,
they might continue in this direction, aggravating the situation further.
What is a 'good judge' in a military context?
A 'good judge' being an respected adult with experience in life enough to
understand that which their delving into and attempting to piece together;
work ethic isn't generally what's expected or respected by the military in this
situation, (with regards to their job descriptions), but peer respect for living a
full and quality, 'alternative' life outside their workplace is.
One of the biggest problems, is that the test subject's A.I. can hear the
thoughts of those military personnel that monitor them and their host;
also that the 'higher tier' of military personnel can interact with the
civilian test subject.
Who knows? What can you do to help this situation? ;-)
