Started DNA DATABASE BANK in Italy. In Council of Ministers the DDL ends also for the institution of the data bank of the DNA that it will be situated inside the department of public safety of the laboratory and Ministry of the Interior that instead will be localized near the DAP, Department of the detention administration of the department of justice. The provision will contain also ratifies it of the treaty of Prum, Convention on the strengthening of the international cooperation of police in matter of fight to the terrorism, the organized crime and clandestine immigration.

Secret societies are advancing in their evil plan to put under control all the population. This is their first step: get DNA of terrorists, organized crime and clandestine. The second step is to extend this database with the DNA fingerprints of all persons. Why?
Simple. Freemasonry knows very well that some superpowers generated by chakras/kundalini activity are related to bloodlines (Mormons have a big database for their researches). Having a database with DNA of everybody, NWO can map the population and find the persons that they can bring in the system.
They are trying to awake 'gifted' persons through Hollywood sending subliminal concepts through movies like The Matrix or X-Men.
Once awakened the persons try to understand what it is happening and in this moment they use all their tentacles (churches, satanism, scientology, new age) to capture and mind control 'gifted' people.
Using DNA mapping, they are now able to know exactly who is 'gifted' and who is not.
I think they are already using blood tests inside hospitals for this purpose.
