I don't know how it happened but I suddenly became aware I was not my body. That it was merely a conduit. I don't mean out of body experience, but feeling hungry and being so detached from it that I could starve to death and not care...like that...understanding it on a purely visceral and primal level. It's an amazing feeling because I have no limitation now.

I suggest listening to this guy speak, because on part 17 is when it suddenly happened for me. He's the creator of the sedona method.
