What do they eat, and not starve? Get drinking water, and not die during storms?

i lived on the streets for a while. finding ways to survive with only the clothes on your back is simple. alot of charities feed the homeless and if you have a talent for playing guitar as i do you can easilly afford a small meal every day.

True, but I don't want to take from people who need it unless I have to. I remember seeing people in movies around bonfires at the beech. They all look like they are so happy and living such a relaxed life in tune with nature and the ocean. I always wondered, do these people go back to a house at night? A hut? Or do they just live on the streets/a beech?
Perhaps playing an instrument would be okay, but I don't want to hit up charity houses and deny other people food. More so, again, I was just trying to think of a way of getting to a more simple life back with nature. But, I live in Minnesota, so perhaps moving to the ocean to be homeless is kinda an eccentric dream. Can't really be homeless in Minnesota, you'd freeze to death or live in crowded shelter places.
Thank you for your response though.

camper vans are a great tool for beach bums..juggling clubs and musical instruments can help..and a fishing rod is useful..and dont forget rubbish bins as a great supply of nourishment:)
