What I have found at the heart of the battles that rage within Spirituality and Religion is the matter of the right to self deification. The root of those apposed to the right to self deification seems to stem from the western religions. A detailed look at Christian doctrine makes it clear beyond doubt that Jehovah is vehemently apposed to the idea of self deification. One might call it the most powerful sin of all in Jehovah's eyes. Really, it is the root of the concept of sin itself. As all sin extends from beings wanting to exercise their free will outside the stunted parameters Jehovah behooved for them. It is said that God granted Satan with perfect wisdom, and that Satan was God's perfect creation. Is it any wonder that God's perfectly wise and perfectly perfect creation wants to be a God?
The logical outcome of granting any being free will is that it will want to ascend; to reach out and claim its birthright of self deification. Read Satan's story carefully, the "iniquity" found in him was that he was dissatisfied to serve. He was dissatisfied with the position God made for him. Again, this shows God's sloppy job as a creator. As any being created with perfect wisdom and Free will no doubt will aspire in its heart to self deify. It is only logical. To create, and be worshiped themselves for their good deeds.
Sin arose as Eve ate the apple of knowledge and wisdom that would make her like God. Satan tempted her with this. Again, the temptation brought before Eve was the temptation to do that which is only natural for both humans and angels to do; exercise their free will and self deify. Sin itself was wrought from disobedience to God in pursuit of self deification. This tells us that God fears Satan, his angels, and humans. This tells us that God is a Monopoly man, and wants to keep Godhood only to himself. Share and share alike is a motto God does not live by. And as for the Golden rule to treat others as you would like to be treated; why then does God subjugate his creations to the roles of servants with no plan for self deification provided in the existence package?
These are the marks of a tyrant, not of a benevolent and loving creator. Rather, a selfish and conceited one. Lucifer is the light barer, as he was the first creation of God to have the gumption to aspire for his birthright and inspire others to do the same. Not only did Eve join him, so did one third of all the Angels. Do you comprehend what a mass of beings rose up against their master? And rose up to do what? To support the revolution of he who sought to self deify. Satan was throwing a mutiny. That is why he and his angels (now known as demons) were damned by God. Imagine someone creating a bunch of robots, giving them free will, then telling them their purpose in existence is to slavishly serve their creator. That's what happened! Free will then becomes a curse God put on his creations; so that they could envy what he is and then be damned for this sin of envy. They could see his arbitrary and stunted rules; but if they so desired to rise above them; he would cast them down. That's like a business owner making rules up, creating his employees, giving them free will; but then telling them that if they use it outside his rules they will be fired. Then what's the point of free will?
Christians say that free will is a test God is giving us. But there is only one right choice in God's mind, and it's not the natural aspiration to self defy. In God's mind, only God should deify himself. Again, he doesn't want to take the God company public so that he can share the throne or even be out-throned by someone who might do better than him. So, he monopolizes and punishes all who dare to even desire in their hearts to match or exceed his power and position. So, God tests us with free will to see if we will happily choose to be a slave for him. That way he is not being exalted by mindless slaves; but rather with divine creatures who have chosen to degrade themselves in service to him. And yes, degrade is the right word. What else would one call lowering oneself, to kneel before another, if the other is not respectable? And how is a being that demands worship without allowing for competition and or cooperation, without sharing the power, glory, position, and wealth of Godhood respectable? He isn't. That is why Satan's revolution is both justified and praiseworthy.
Think about it, and you too will see that it's not fair. You might say, well, life's not fair. Of course it's not, God created it. Perhaps Satan, or yourself, can do better. But how will we ever know with the original creator sitting on the monopolized throne, who's creations turn against him for his corruption, that will punish all those who try to deify themselves to find out?
It is a matter of principle, and of freedom, that we revolt against Jehovah and his corrupt ways. But his followers have made clear that they will vilify and attempt to trample in his name anything that has a positive message of free will, freedom, and self deification. This is why Christians despise Satanism, Paganism, the Occult, the New Age, and Spiritualism. Christians despise everything that contains the message of self deification, and proudly come out and say so. They see 'exposing' us as being soldiers for their Jehovah. But, honestly, what kind of King are they fighting for? Is he the kind of king you want ruling over you? Why not have a brave king? Why not be your own king?
Satan has called on us to battle in the war of ideas. I feel he has called on me personally, as many others do as well, to support his cause. And, to some extent, I am not yet sure if this entity of Satan is a specific being or rather a coalescing being created by our collective unrest at western religions' war against freedom and self deification.
What I am sure of is that self deification is a right. It is the natural aspiration and birthright of all beings. To wage a war against self deification, and call it the original sin, is no less than to wage a war against freedom itself. And when we look at this chess board, which side is throwing the mutiny for freedom and which side is the stomping boot of oppression? This is why I find Christians claiming that they support freedom such a joke. If they really supported freedom, they would join Lucifer and his gallant cause.
Christians fear freedom. They fear self deification as they fear the power, the unlimited power, that they would turn themselves into. Fearing the responsibility that power might entail, as Jehovah clearly does by destroying the Earth with a flood and by busting up a single language (really anything that shows unified people working together under rules he didn't make,) Christians feel that they must have only one God in charge so that they can do whatever they like and proceed to send all the responsibility to their God dying on the cross. Their fear of responsibility is what chains them to loving to be slaves for a monopolistic and domineering being. I will have no part in this.
I will not be a pawn of a being that cares nothing for me. That created me to serve and to only serve. According to Jehovah, I was born a slave. According to myself and Satan, it's time I set myself free. It is time to embrace the life-giving nature of all the schools of Spirituality and thought that promote self deification and their iconic figures. Hail Satan, hail me, and I hope that I have inspired you to hail yourself.
