Vitamin K is greatly under publicised, and yet in pretty well all research there exists a strong link with the use of Vit K and a 28% increase in cancer survival rates. It seems to benefit those with lung, prostate and breast cancer most, but appears to offer benefits for all forms of cancer. Vit K works by promoting cancer cell suicide. Vit K1 can be found in deep green vegetables and Vit K2 in meats and cheeses. taking a good quality probiotic such as natur-bioplex - naturo-biomax can also play a role in producing Vit K in your body.
It is always more beneficial to get your vitamins such as Vit K from proper food (organic if you can afford it) and not rely on supplements all the time.
Supplements should not be used as a constant source of obtaining nutritional needs, in my view, unless it is necessary. Only use quality probiotics if you can.
