I have been reading about healing frequencies and how humans can be affected by sound as we are electromagnetic as well as chemical beings. (I was reading an article in 'Nexus' magazine which is highly recommended for anyone on this forum as it has topics of interest).
I decided to experiment with sounds and went onto youtube to see what I could find to try.
I found this track after listening to lots of dross and after listening to it I am the most relaxed I have been in a long time - possibly ever. Thought I'd recommend it to you all:

I went onto the creators website and got the album, as I added it to the cart I noticed that the total was $11.11 which is really weird because I have been seeing this number everywhere constantly.
