I've suffered from Urticaria for the past three years, I used to come up in a nasty red rash over my chest and back which normally disappeared within several hours. The rash is triggered by heat whether it be a hot shower, body heat or the sun and now being summer I'm in agony with it. I went to the doctors several times and all they suggested was to take antihistamines which failed to work. I then went to the homeopath who gave me some formula after a two hour consultation, that eased it for a while but it came back after a few months. I really don't know what to do, I can't go outside for fear that it will flair up, the same with going out with friends and walking the dogs. :(
It's got so bad now that sometimes I get short of breath which is really scary.
Any suggestions on what I can do? I've read somewhere that a full body detox may help ease the symptoms.

Ulticaria can be an over active immune system. In some cases this can be an immune problem similar to Rheumatoid Arthritis. In other cases it can be just an inappropriate immune response. However in a lot of cases it is a bacterial and fungal infestation of the intestinal digestive tract. The mucosa lining of the intestinal tract is the body's largest immune system organ, and is often the breeding ground through poor function and underlies many, many problems. It might be a good idea to sort out your digestive tract by going to naturopharma.com and using the digestive pack which is designed for digestive regulation and fungal problems. Positive user reviews of these products including our own makes them a good choice.

Thanks, I'll have a look at those. :)
