I watched "JFK" again last night. I hadn't seen it since it was released in 1991.

It amazes me how far this film goes in spelling out both the degree of conspiracy and corruption in the US government and how far up it goes. It directly implicates the then president (LBJ) in the conspiracy as well as other key figures and even gives some detail on how it was carried out at the highest levels (especially in the scene with Donald Sutherland). It also spells out the reasons.

The correlations and similarities with 9/11 are inescapable.

I doubt a film like this would ever be made today (by a major studio anyway).
