I've just had a little look in the Rant Room and I'm suprised at the amount of really good threads in there.
Deca started a brilliant thread, in my oppinion(:rolleyes:), called: children are anxious, badly behaved, stressed+ (http://www.davidicke.com/forum/showthread.php?t=11581): http://www.davidicke.com/forum/showthread.php?t=11581
The information that deca and other serious posters intended to pass on is now out of the lime light and in the dark. This is a shame.

Seems to me theres too many worthwhile topics in the OP getting buried in here, and that could be deliberate on the part of some members, yes?
I agree entirely John. That thread is worth saving. Mods have been deleting offensive posts in threads and I think that is a good thing under certain circumstances. We all know there are ulterier motives with some forum members and a good way to get one back over on them is to delete their posts instead of sending the entire thread to the rant room.
It would save some bloody good material going into the rant room that's for sure. Not sure if this will make things harder for the mods. I'm no angel when it comes to sticking the boot in on some troll threads, I admit it and I would expect my posts to be deleted if I was trolling peoples threads for my own agenda, whatever that may or may not be.
This is why Ickes newsletters are brilliant. Not just the content. But to be able to read good info without the disruption of dickheads is what it's really all about.
