I think everyone can play apart first of all by not pretending that its a proper war... its not its an invasion ..%100 and our army are out there risking their life's for an agenda thats nothing to with their countries best interests.

nothing better than a bit of truth going around..

I think they are just trying to start the war ever so slowly... they know if they announce it like they did Iraq there would be way to much people apposing it, but we all know they are desperate to get in there and start killing more innocent people... so they will take pigeon steps.

hears to them falling flat on their face.

I talked with a buddy of mine this weekend. His son is 19, and just enlisted-- in the Airborn

He also said that he had seen another friend who was back from Iraq. This friend told him the rules of engagement are such that only special forces units are allowed to fire back. So, in a twisted way, this kid was making the best decision he thought he had under the circumstances.

How about this?

It's a shame young people aren't going on a tour of Building 18 at Walter Reed hospital before they can enlist.

If I could boil the whole history of the world down to one sentence, my sentence would read: "People trading their power for security."

Don't forget, folks from the UK: America was populated by indentured servants, slaves, and a few oligarchic families. It's been that way from the beginning. Most Americans, imv (and being one I feel more qualified to comment than some), still have a slave mentality: fearful, attracted to shiny new things, with a desperate desire to belong to something bigger than ourselves.

I'm not judging you, spirit, if you're american. I'm just telling you that I believe we are Infinitely powerful. Note that the operative word there is "we"! :) There must come a time when enough of us look each other in the eye at the critical moment and say, "no more"! The power of the pyramid, as David says, is at the base. When the critical mass of people stop living in fear, the same old lies cease to have their power.

Thats because we are told from an early age that we are powerless and live in a dangerous world when in fact I believe the opposite to be true. Until humananity awakens to this we shall go on needing governments and the cycle of war will continue.

Iran has been on their agenda from the very beginning. When will the madness end....
