in short, it's a significant reduction of the overall solar radiation received on our planet's surface during day time.

it is said, that if global dimming didn't occur, we would already have severe consequences due to "Global Warming".

this suggests that the "Global Dimming" somehow protects us from massive water evaporation and severe climate changes, which occur gradually.

big role to this (and here's an interesting turnaround) seem to play the increase of contrails (which some of you call "chemtrails", which is not the case) that airplanes leave on their wake and add more cloud formation that prevent excessive sunlight to reach the surface of the earth.

Man, they are actually rubbing it in our faces now...This is something that actually scares me the most. It's funny how they say we are wrong about chemtrails causing it when it was actually the government who came up with the term...

They released a document a while back saying how they are taking the climate change thing by the scruff of the neck and using chemtrails to stop it...This is an obvious smoke screen, I hope people wake up before things really start to change because of it.

It's so full of bollocks. It talks about a study based on a single three day period, after Septamber the 11th 2001! It says global dimming is everywhere then talks about the "pristine" air of Antarctica flowing over the Maldives!:rolleyes::mad: If Global dimming was caused by man-made fumes then it wouldn't be the same everywhere; it would manyfold higher in built-up areas than in remote uninhabited regions.

it is a study that has been ignored, because "global warming" got the most public interest, as it happens with everything else of course.

still, i don't know why we would think that humans are responsible and not the earth as a whole. are we not the earth too?

you want fear mongering, sure, we can die any minute by a stray planetoid. freak out now. but the problem is that we don't even know the half.. for example, how many people know that Jupiter (the planet Jupiter) is a very effective safeguard that has prevented this very thing from happening?

i dont know about anybody else, but the sun sure as heck doesnt look like it dimming at all

it looks like a more brilliant, whiter, crystal clear type of light

i can feel its more warming, this is why i beleive we have so much chemtrails now, is they cover the sky during the day with a blanket of cloud, blocking the full effect of the sun

if they didnt chemtrail, we prob wouldnt have any snow or cold weather this winter

but i dont think thats a bad thing either, warmer weather is generally good for life on earth

they are the so-called contrails, which are of course far by being harmless to our environment. or else, we produce chemtrails with our cars and we are part of the "global elite conspiracy" as well.

Contrails leave short trails which evaporate quickly.

Chemtrails leave long trails that smear the sky and biological alter the environment.
