The government should allow a yes/no vote to go into Europe, do you not agree. What the hell is up with the Government, in not allowing this public vote. The French and the Irish had one, but why can't we.:mad:

Fact - Britain's membership of the EU is Constitutionally Illegal. Contrary to common belief, Britain does have its own written constitution. Recent successive Governments have exceeded their Parliamentary powers that were laid down in ancient Statutory documents, such as the Magna Carta 1215, The Declaration of Rights 1688, and the Coronation Act 1688 – These are all still in force today.
As a result British membership to the EU is constitutionally illegal.
If we agree to a referendum we are willingly agreeing that none of the above has any legal basis.....anyway do you really think they wont rig the vote?
