Health Secretary Alan Johnson has blocked a pay-off for the hospital boss at the centre of Britain's deadliest superbug outbreak.
Rose Gibb resigned her £150,000 post as an NHS trust chief executive last Friday - days before it was revealed 331 patients died after catching clostridium difficile.

GUTTED, i worked in a hospital and believe me those people dont get enough time to clean properly. its perfetic. but then again makes more room for other people. its a fuked up world.

I agree there is not enough time to do all the cleaning in hospitals.
There are also not enough staff and the money is going to the wrong areas.
The system is fucked and the point is there is a bigger picture ask yourself why make a NHS hospital so bad it is the last place anyone would want to go?
Don't you think the hospitals are being run down for a reason? NWO etc..
I would like to know others opinion on this.....

Hospitals & the NHS are being run down for one reason only.........Private HealthCare Insurance, like they have in America, if you dont have a card or pay your monthly insurance fee they will just leave you to die, simple as that. But then again why anybody would go to a hospital when they are ill beats the hell out of me, its just hack & slash stuff all the while lining big pharma's pockets with drugs that dont work, they keep you in a state of semi-illness so your always a consumer of there products.
Codex Alimentarius is gonna be a bitch as well cause then vitamins & herbs will be prescription only, only in doses that are good for nobody.
Big Pharma's already made a grab for the tobacco industrys clients by banning smoking and promoting patches containing god knows what, next its using Codex to outlaw alternative therapies.

im not a bnp member, you assume to much deca. way to much
it is training that people sadly lack in hospitals, and the fact for certain minorities it a good way to earn easy money and do nothing.
So much corruption in the nhs with these private companys, and where i worked you say anything to a cleaner they usually bring out the racist card, their being victimised because they are black. i've witnessed the slagging match my self, and know that this particular person was lazy and needed to buck her ideas up but some people are like lions once poked.
OMG I TELL THE TRUTH AND NOW IM RACIST, NO BLOODY WINNING IN THIS COUNTRY.

No dude its all these overpaid "mangers" bring in stupid working practices,that force cutbacks,short cuts and makes in impossible for people to do there job.
Also it breeds unfairness, and dissatisfaction and I don`t give a shit attitude.
When somebody work long hours on minimal pay, and has to work round all the
new "working practices" while he/she sees people at the top getting huge salary's and pay off`s and then can`t get the time and equipment to do there job.
No wounder its a disaster.
Are not some off the cleaning jobs not outsourced to the lowest bidder with temp staff?

training in cleaning services is important because ew all think cleaning is easy and just a boring job, I TOTALLY AGREE, but have you seen what chemicals are used, would you know how much to use with water?
how clean is clean? some people use tcp to add to their baths to get extra clean, my point being clean is very subjective to everyone.
Is 1 wipe ok 5 wipes? its a dooze of a question.
So more trainning in cleaning is necessary:D

It is. I've been a hospital porter for 18 years and seen this squalor from the inside. My hospital hands out service contracts to tin pot companies like sweeites! ISS Mediclean used to run the cleaners and they were criminally incompetant. They employed short-term casual staff to make more profit and never trained them. As a result standards fell through the floor. It's no coincidence that MRSA has become the plague it is since this policy began. As far as I'm concerned there's blood on their hands!
The service has been renationalized now, but only after a media scandal. However the damage done will take decades to repair. staff need to be trained and gain experience and that takes time.

Of course! It's a problem-reaction-solution. If they can run down the NHS so much that it's unworkable the politicians can throw up their hands and say, "Well, we might as well privataize it" and the people will support it. They wouldn't otherwise because the NHS is a very popular institiution, but the vandals will make sure they see privatization as the only solution to the poroblem that they themselves have secretly engineered to glean that reaction.
I visited the Great Western Hospital in Swindon when it first opened and it's already a private hospital in all but name. The building was constructed by Carillion, a PFI company, to be sold back to the NHS on a 33-year loan; and the NHS will be dead, buried and skeletonized by the time 33 years is up! The nurses are nearly all agency, the doctors employed by BUPA and the porters and other ancillary staff employed by Carillion. The only NHS thing about this hospital is the name above the door!
