Eat a lot...as much as your body craves. Then run it all off so that you don't get fat.

i want to eat too much, all i can do is just not eat it and feel starved. working out can only do so much. working out i lose like 500 calories but i feel like eating like 1000 extra calories lol.

Unless you have some disability you are most likely mistaken. Burning 1000 per day would result in 2 lb. of fat lost per week. That is highly realistic.

i burn 500 calories by going at the gym for two hours , that already is A LOT for me. imagine if i did 1000, that is 4 hours of exercise? i can't do that much. what you are saying is insane. i don't like people telling i'[m not working hard enough when i am sure i am working very hard. and by the way you lose weight by gaining muscle over time because muscle burns a lot more calories then fat.

I eat like a proverbial horse! I have a MASSIVE appetite, and quite frankly,it's way too expensive! I eat pretty much all day.
I've always had a huge appetite, and so has my son(is that heredity or is it environment?).Both myself and my son's father are skinny as rakes, and we both had rather unpleasant nicknames as children,(mine was 'Belsen' and my son's father's was 'The Biafran').
I've been told by a doctor friend that I have a high metabolic rate - I just burn my fuel constantly!

maybe you are eating too many empty calories. cut out all refined carbs from your diet and also no sodas, including diet sodas- diet sodas actually increase your cravings.

Do a hypnotherapy CD. It worked for me. this is the one that I have and I have lost half a stone in 3 weeks. I don't remember if you said you were overweight or not, but this CD really takes your mind off food and only makes you eat when you are hungry. You Can be Slim Forever: Amazon.co.uk: Lorraine Ireland: Books@@AMEPARAM@@http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/51H35QD08NL.@@AMEPARAM@@51H35QD08NL

Hiya - still hungry?
Sounds like your insulin might be a little insensitive - do you quickly feel hungry after eating? Someone also asked you whether you eat lots of carbs, and particularly refined cards? You can also try consuming some fish oil caps before you eat, because they blunt insulin secretion.
By the way I agree with you that 1000 kcal workouts are a bad idea - you'll end up burning away muscle tissue. Look at all the fat joggers out there.
Get yourself diagnosed, could be you have worms in your stomach. Try to change your eating habits.what kinds of foods are you indulging in? are those high carb foods?

I have been wondering about this and I have a couple of questions to ask you. I too have been feeling like this and I have noticed about 3 years or so ago. Its like an appetite you cannot get rid of. Do you feel sick to your stomach when you don't eat? Do you get nauseous when you don't eat? Do you feel that you can never get enough water these days? Are you abnormally thirsty as well? I too and many others I know have been feeling these sensations and I fear the worse. I fear that we may have been hit with something here in the states. I fear that we may be getting poisoned. I think that endgame has already begun and that we need to be very careful about what we eat and what we drink and where its coming from. We may have been hit, and by we I mean the masses. I hope this is not true. I noticed that for awhile, chemtrails went away and for a month or so, there were relatively no chemtrails. Is it because the nanobots that are in them eliminating their desired targets?

YES i get the very sick to my stomach feeling after maybe three hours after i eat , its like i haven't eaten in 2 days! its overwhelming makes me want to eat everything in site. BUT from other peolpe's suggestion i tried to go easy on the carb this week and i'm not getting as hungry. so maybe its just my insulin? is your diet high in carbs? i also don't feel thirsty. and i don't feel nauseous no. hmmm maybe you have something else.

Gorgeous, lily555 is completely right here. What he's saying is you probably need to adjust your workout. I eat bucketloads, including food that's quite high in fat, but I do so much exercise that I remain lean and strong.
I am a qualified fitness instructor and have taken courses also in diet, physiology and nutrition. If you have any questions, you're welcome to ask.
My top 3 magic points:-
1. Drink LOTS more water. At first you will go to the toilet lots more as your body gets used to it, but eventually you will end up needing only 2/3 'wees' a day once your bladder and intestines are stronger and more efficient. Try 5 litres a day.
2. Eat most of the food in the first half of the day so that you burn it off naturally in the 2nd half of the day. Have a huge breakfast, a small lunch, and a small dinner/supper whatever you call it. The key to dinner is protein, to help your body grow and rebuild/repair. Don't have too much carbs for dinner.
Whatever you do, don't eat less overall than you normally do, or miss out any of the 3 meals, your metabolism will slow down, you will put on weight, and be constantly hungry for snacks. Snacks, btw, are ok on a day you work out.
3. Exercise. Seems like you are doing quite a bit already. If you want to PM the details of your workout I can have a look at it for you, but essentially you need to be constantly sweating to be in the fat burning zone. My guess is that you use running/cycling/x-trainer machines. Which is ok, but running on a track doing intervals, or running at varying paces on the street/countryside is much, much more effective exercise. What part of LA do you live in? Are there good routes?
If you're drinking enough water, eating right and getting enough exercise, you shouldnt be hungry.

1. Research the possible viral problems that can, and do come up. You could be feeding something other than yourself. ;) Some bugs sap all the vitamin B12 out of you which can leave you hungry and, in turn, disrupts the efficiency of your cells' ability to use fuel.
2. Maintain a strength training and interval cardio regime. Lift some weights one day and go jogging the other. Get some kind of sugary drink and mix it with some whey protein powders(they have all kinds of flavors now, though artificial sorry lol, find the ones that contain BCAAs). Drink half the shake before your workout and half afterward. Try to get 7-8 hours of sleep the first few weeks you start, and after if you can on most days.
3. Eat to feed your lean muscle mass, than you'll burn more fat by default.
4. Eat as much as you want. :) And drink your H2O!
Can't find your cause as I'm not a physician nor can I "see" you. Few easy ones that come to mind... You're actually thirsty. Eat more fiber-filled foods to take up space. You're actually fat deficient... research the hormone leptin.
Cheers gorgeous
